設計特點

1、SNCR噴槍上的噴嘴使用大流量的空氣霧化型噴嘴，擁有多級霧化效果，在火力發(fā)電廠除塵脫硫脫硝，尿素脫硝噴槍，化工廠、水泥廠和除塵環(huán)保工程都有廣泛應用；

2、采用雙流體噴嘴，并使用蒸汽或空氣做第二流體；

3、在最惡劣的環(huán)境中，效率很高設計以及三級霧化仍能用最少的壓縮空氣使用量達到好的霧化性能；

4、內部裝有螺旋噴嘴為第二級霧化噴嘴，螺旋噴嘴的大孔徑流通通道設計可有效防止堵塞等惡劣的流體環(huán)境。

SNCR系列噴槍的標準材質:316不銹鋼鈷合金6耐磨護套。如需其他材質，請注明管徑、連接方式、噴嘴號、噴霧角度和材料。

※利用壓縮空氣與液體的摩擦，產(chǎn)生非常

均勻和最細密的霧化效果，正常情況下平

均的霧化顆粒直徑到80微米以下。

※噴嘴整體由連接本體和噴霧裝置組合而

成，而噴霧裝置由空氣帽和液體帽組合而

成。

※噴霧形狀有多孔實心錐型、扇形。

※連接噴嘴本體的稱為霧化槍桿，一般根

據(jù)工況采用316L及310SS材質。

※噴嘴連接霧化槍桿有兩個獨立的液體入

口和空氣入口，分別在連接槍桿上標

注“LIQUID”和“AIR”。
