加濕噴嘴主要以二流體霧化噴嘴為主，在壓縮空氣的協(xié)助下，液滴霧化效果經(jīng)過高壓撞擊和摩擦，霧化效果更佳，在噴嘴內(nèi)混合，經(jīng)噴嘴孔噴射而出之后霧化效果達到極好。

霧化加濕噴嘴，噴霧形狀有扇形和實心錐，噴射距離5米左右，空氣壓力3bar，液體壓力3bar，流量2.6L/H，噴霧角度60度，安裝方式以螺紋安裝，螺紋尺寸3/4，另外提供卡接。

撞針霧化噴嘴原理:

撞針霧化噴嘴液體從噴嘴口高速射出，空氣霧化噴嘴廠家，與噴嘴出口的圓盤頂針互相碰撞，或者兩股流體互相碰撞形成細小液滴，噴出均勻的霧化顆粒，在某些應(yīng)用中，這種噴嘴甚至替代許多昂貴的采用壓縮空氣或水蒸氣，為第二流體的雙流體空氣霧化噴嘴。引進美國的打孔設(shè)備，霧化噴嘴，打孔孔徑在0.1毫米—0.15毫米之間，在70kg-120kg的壓力下，噴嘴形成極細密的霧化。
