First， Application and classification

1. Application

The calender is mainly used for the rubber pressing， the cover rubber of the textile， the cover rubber of the steel cord， the rubber embryo pressure type， the sheet fitting， the impurities in the compound and the isolation film.

2. Classification

(1) According to usage，橡膠四輥壓延機(jī)， the calendering machine can be classified into compression table press，四輥壓延機(jī)參數(shù)， gluing calender， compression crimping machine， laminating calender， pressure calender， calendering calender and lab calender. (2) According to number of roller， classification can be divided into two roller calendar， three-roll calender， four-roll calender and five-roll calender.

(3) According to the arrangement of roller， can be divided into I-type rolling machine， △ -type calender， L-shaped calender， Z-calender， S-calender.

壓延機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，北京四輥壓延機(jī)，是保證壓延機(jī)中的輥筒在壓延塑化塑料制品成型時(shí)能高速平穩(wěn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、正常工作的重要系統(tǒng)。為能適應(yīng)不同塑料制品用原料的工藝條件要求，壓延機(jī)設(shè)備上的輥筒工作用傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備下列條件。

①電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率應(yīng)能保證承受重載荷、高溫輥簡(jiǎn)在工藝要求條件下正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

②輥筒工作面線速度能夠調(diào)整變化，各輥筒的轉(zhuǎn)速能夠單獨(dú)調(diào)速;同時(shí)，還應(yīng)保證各輥筒間有一定的轉(zhuǎn)速差。

③輥筒工作轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，每個(gè)輥筒的轉(zhuǎn)速和輥筒間的轉(zhuǎn)速差要保證恒定，工作時(shí)傳動(dòng)噪聲要盡量小。

④傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在保證上述條件下，要盡量結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊，制造比較容易，操作和設(shè)備維護(hù)都比較方便。

傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要由電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、齒輪減速箱和方向聯(lián)軸器等主要零部件組成。目前，四輥壓延機(jī)廠商，應(yīng)用較多的四輥壓延機(jī)，四根輥筒多數(shù)采用由直流電動(dòng)機(jī)單獨(dú)驅(qū)動(dòng)。四根輥簡(jiǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)速通常都不相同。根據(jù)壓延制品的工藝條件要求，調(diào)節(jié)成不同的轉(zhuǎn)速比來(lái)完成壓延塑料成型制品工作。
