1、搪瓷管空氣預(yù)熱器在正式投用的時候，應(yīng)該在鍋爐點(diǎn)火前，與強(qiáng)制鼓風(fēng)機(jī)同時啟動。在運(yùn)行的時候如果因?yàn)轳R達(dá)的事故而導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)子停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，會導(dǎo)致煙氣側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)子的受熱膨脹，嚴(yán)重時會使轉(zhuǎn)子和殼體的密封件接觸，使其不能再啟動。

2、使用的時候，要調(diào)節(jié)空氣和煙氣的溫度，尤其是在符合變動和冷態(tài)升爐時候，要注意避免低溫的腐蝕。為了防止金屬材料的劣化和內(nèi)部火災(zāi)的出現(xiàn)，進(jìn)口的煙溫要控制在450℃以下。
