沖壓機(jī)床滑塊底面、工作臺(tái)面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點(diǎn)位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調(diào)到最短（即閉合高度大）。

Remove any material or foreign object on the bottom of the sping machine slide，圣霖國際魚尾板， working table (or pad plane)， and the upper and lower die base of the mold. Manually pull the sping machine flywheel (or point moving button)， adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point， and rotate the adjusting screw， the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used， the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the sping machine (or  the moving button)， so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
