I 整車電磁兼容測試 Vehicle EMC Test
    GRGT擁有長29m*寬20m*高11m的大型全進(jìn)口10米法電波暗室。整車級電波暗室轉(zhuǎn)臺直徑與靜區(qū)均達(dá)到8m，可以滿足絕大部分車輛測試需求?？蓾M足長12m*寬4m*高4.6m、重量達(dá)30T的被測物（EUT）。
GRGT’s EMC laboratory is provided with a completely imported large 10-meter anechoic chamber of 29m (length) x 20m (width) x 11m (height). The turntable of the vehicle class anechoic chamber has both the diameter and the distance from the anechoic zone of 8m, which meets the requirements of a majority of vehicle tests. The tested object (EUT) can be of the maximum of 12m (length) x 4m (width) x 4.6m (height) and the maximum weight up to 30T.
    整套裝備測量精度自動化程度高、性能，測試軟件實現(xiàn)儀器互換性、腳本技術(shù)以及統(tǒng)一模板，系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動兼容德國R&S接收機(jī)，德國BORN功放，美國AGILENT信號源，美國AR功放等主流進(jìn)口設(shè)備，同時亦可兼容如傳感器等國產(chǎn)設(shè)備。
This equipment set features high-precision automation and excellent performance, with the test software featuring instrument interchangeability, script technology and unified template, and the system drivers compatible with the German R&S receiver, German BORN amplifier, American AGILENT signal source, American AR amplifier and other mainstream imported equipment, as well as compatible with the domestic equipment such as sensors.
    另外，擁有160多臺EMI和EMS測試設(shè)備，電磁干擾頻率范圍能力25Hz~50GHz，電磁敏感度EMS場強(qiáng)200V/m。電磁兼容試驗室完全滿足CISPR、IEC、ISO等測試要求，也可滿足各大汽車主流生產(chǎn)廠商企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
With nearly 160 devices special for EMI and EMS tests, the EMC laboratory has the electromagnetic interference frequency range of 25 Hz – 50 GHz and an electromagnetic sensitivity of the EMS maximum field strength up to 200 V/m. Therefore it can easily meet the requirements of CISPR, IEC, ISO and other standards, as well as the major OEMs’ standards.

II 整車道路模擬試驗Vehicle road simulation test 
    GRGT整車道路模擬試驗系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性高、測試精度高，是以國內(nèi)設(shè)備為主的集成系統(tǒng)。試驗設(shè)備主要包括比利時 LMS Scadas305 動態(tài)數(shù)采前端，32 通道(24 通道電壓/ICP 輸入、4 通道應(yīng)力應(yīng)變輸入、2 通道轉(zhuǎn)速輸入、2 通道信號源輸出)、比利時 LMS Test.Lab 8B 數(shù)采分析軟件包、美國 PCB 單向加速度傳感器、大量程單向加速度傳感器、三軸向座墊加速度傳感器、國產(chǎn)電瓶脈沖式轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器、油缸等儀器設(shè)備。
The GRGT vehicle road simulation test system is an integrated system mainly using domestic equipment. The system has high stability and high precision of test. The test equipment includes a Belgium LMS Scadas305 dynamic data acquisition front-end with 32 channels (24 channels for voltage/ICP input, 4 channels for stress and strain input and 2 channels for speed input and 2 channels for signal source output), a Belgium LMS Test.Lab 8B data acquisition analysis software package, an American PCB unidirectional acceleration sensor, a large-range unidirectional acceleration sensor, a tri-axial seat acceleration sensor, a domestic battery pulse speed sensor, a fuel tank and other equipment.
