二、產(chǎn)品使用說明（Product instructions）

1、鋁內(nèi)膽碳纖維全纏繞復(fù)合氣 瓶（以下簡稱氣瓶）充裝、 運輸、儲存及使用等應(yīng)符合《氣瓶安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程》； 用于正壓式消防空氣呼吸器時應(yīng)符合GA 124-2004《正壓式消防空氣呼吸器》的規(guī)定。氣瓶設(shè)計壽命為15年。

Aluminum tank wrapped with carbon fiber gas bottle (called cylinder for short below) cylinder filling, transportation, storage and usage should comply with << the rules of the gas cylinder safety>>; For positive pressure fire air breathing apparatus, shall comply with the GA 124-2004 << provision of positive pressure type fire air breathing apparatus>>. Cylinder design life is 15 years.

2、氣瓶充裝壓力禁止超過氣瓶標(biāo)簽標(biāo)注工作壓力（基準(zhǔn)溫度20℃）

Gas filling pressure of the cylinder is prohibited more than the cylinder label work pressure (reference temperature 20 ℃)

3、保持瓶口螺紋和氣瓶內(nèi)部干燥，氣瓶的瓶閥嚴(yán)禁油脂沾染上。

Keep bottle screw and cylinder internal dry, grease conination on the cylinder valves shall be strictly prohibited.

4、禁止充裝或部分充裝任何氣瓶標(biāo)簽上未注明的氣體。

Filling or partial filling of any gas on the label not specified .

5、禁止移除、模糊或改變氣瓶制造商的標(biāo)簽或標(biāo)志。

It is prohibited to remove, fuzzy or change the cylinder manufacturers label or logo.

6、禁止將氣瓶完全放氣（保留0.1 MPa），除非卸下閥門。

It is forbidden to completely deflate the gas of the cylinder ( remain 0.1 MPa), unless unload the valve.

7、禁止對超過復(fù)檢周期的氣瓶進(jìn)行充氣，氣瓶檢驗周期為3年，檢驗應(yīng)由經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)有檢測資格的檢測單位執(zhí)行。氣瓶在使用過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)有嚴(yán)重腐蝕、損傷或?qū)ζ浒踩杂袘岩蓵r，應(yīng)提前進(jìn)行檢驗。經(jīng)受碰撞、火燒或其它破壞的氣瓶應(yīng)停止使用，并按有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范進(jìn) 行檢測。

It is prohibited that to fill the gas to the cylinder has exceed the review cycle , gas cylinder test cycle is 3 years, inspection shall be performed by detection enterprise with the detection qualification . In the use process of the gas cylinder, if find any serious corrosion and damage or have doubts about its security, should be tested in advance. Cylinders that is subjected to collision, fire or other damage should stop using, and should be detected in accordance with relevant standards, norms .

8、禁止人工加熱氣瓶。

Artificial heating of cylinder is forbidden.

9、發(fā)現(xiàn)纖維斷裂、損傷或明顯劃痕，不應(yīng)充裝。

If find fiber breakage, damage or obvious scratch, should not be filled.

10、禁止充裝漏氣氣瓶。

Filling air cylinder is banned.
