產(chǎn)品按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB18278-2000并參考美國FDA相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和歐洲EN285,EC\97\23標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對滅菌設(shè)備的要求制作。

XG1.H Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer is an automatic steam sterilizer which is researched

and developed by our company according to the state latest sterilizer requirements

and refering to international relative standard. It can be widely used to sterilize

medical dressing, instruments,

utensil, asepsis cloth, bio-products and etc. in the fields of medical

hygiene, pharmaceutical company, biological engineering, laboratory animal test

and etc.

The sterilizer is completely meet the requirements of state GB18278-

2000 and the related American FDA standard and European EN285, 97/23/EC

standard.

用 途USAGE

單機(jī)設(shè)備可選配條碼掃描設(shè)備，并設(shè)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)化接口，能

方便地聯(lián)入追溯系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對器械包、單個(gè)器械等的可

追溯質(zhì)量管理。

For single equipment, barcode scanner can be equiped as an

option. And internet port is equipped to conveniently connect to

traceabillity system, by which quality cool with good

traceability can be achieved on instrument package and single

instrument.

器主體采用獨(dú)特的新型的底部中凹結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了冷

凝水的順利排出。有效的保溫措施（殼體表面最薄處

60MM，最厚處可達(dá)150MM），減少了能源的消耗和房

間空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的負(fù)擔(dān)。

法國SAF等離子專機(jī)全自動(dòng)焊接、嚴(yán)格的焊接工藝保證

和時(shí)效處理，保證器的主體質(zhì)量可靠。

平移式門結(jié)構(gòu)，化的解決了操作空間和操作方便的

問題，全自動(dòng)的操作，簡單、方便、安全，化的降

低了操作者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。密封門帶有多項(xiàng)安全保護(hù)和手

動(dòng)開啟裝置，限度的保證了操作者的安全。

獨(dú)特的真空系統(tǒng)、液位平衡系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)，使真空泵

工作在的工作狀態(tài)，效率高、噪音低、壽命長。

排泄系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過了有效的冷卻處理，降低了對環(huán)境的熱污

染。

帶有微機(jī)監(jiān)控接口，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程的聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控。

The chamber adopt specific new design with the bottom cee

conce, which make the condensing water drain out smoothly, and

the effective temperature protection measure (the min. thickness on

shell surface is 60mm, and the max. is 150mm) reduce energy

consumption and the burden from air conditioner.

The use of Automatic Plasma Welding machine from France SAF, the

specific welding technology and aging treatment guarantee that the

reliable quality for the main body.

The horizontal sliding door structure maximally solve the problem of

operation space, and the easily, safely and conveniently automatic

operation maximally reduce labor for operator. The sealing door has

several safety protection and manual open device, which maximally

protect the operator in safety.

The specific vacuum system, liquid level balancing and cooling system

keep the vacuum pump working in best condition with high efficiency,

low noise and long life.

The efficient cooling treatment to drainage system reduces the

pollution to environment.

The computer monitoring interface can realizes remote network monitoring.
