油井泵空心轉子-螺耐斯環(huán)保

空心轉子優(yōu)勢：

Advantages of hollow rotor:

1.空心轉子重量減輕后，與常規(guī)轉子的軸向扭力減弱，啟動扭矩降低，減速電機選型偏小，客戶使用成本大大降低，達到環(huán)保節(jié)能效果。

1. After the weight of the hollow rotor decreases， the axial

torsion of conventional rotor will recede， break-out torque will lower， gear

motor type will be relatively small， as well as customer's use cost will

greatly lower with effect of environmental protection and energy sing

obtained.

2.因摩擦力與重量有密切關聯(lián)，因此與同等實心轉子對比，重量減輕后，泵在運行過程中轉子摩擦力減弱，油井泵空心轉子，使用壽命同比增大。

2. Because the force of friction is closely related to

weight， the force of friction of the rotor lowers and service life increases on

a year-on-year basis in the operation process of the pump after the weight1

decreases in comparison to the equivalent solid rotor.

螺桿泵工作特點：結構簡單、工作、使用維修方便、出液連續(xù)均勻、壓力穩(wěn)定，噪聲和振動小，有自吸能力，但螺桿加工較困難。

螺桿泵適用場合：①輸送潤滑油，輸送燃油，輸送各種油類及高分子聚合物，適用于輸送黏稠液體。

②輸送高粘度介質：根據(jù)泵的大小不同可以輸送粘度從37000-200000厘泊的介質。

③輸送含有顆?；蚶w維的介質：顆粒直徑可以這30mm（不超過轉子偏心距）。纖維長可以350mm（相當0.4位轉子的螺距）。其含量一般可達介質窖的40%，若介質中的固體物為細微之粉沫狀時，含量可達60%或更高也能輸送。

④要求輸送壓力穩(wěn)定，介質固有結構不受破壞時，選用單螺桿泵輸送為理想。
