裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)作為上海寶冶集團有限公司的主業(yè)之一，擁有中國鋼結構協(xié)會授予的鋼結構制造特級資質、起重機械類特種設備制造資質、建筑工程設計甲級資質、鋼結構工程和無損檢測工程等專業(yè)承包一級資質。并取得了對外承包工程經(jīng)營資格，歐標DIN18800-7級別E級認證，美國焊接協(xié)會AWS 、ABS焊工等國際認證。
上海寶冶工程技術有限公司擁有生產(chǎn)廠房面積30000平方米，數(shù)控龍門銑床、多孔鉆床、數(shù)控車床、熱處理設備等各類大型精密機械加工設備和焊接、起重、檢驗檢測設備420余臺。公司擁有18名國際焊接工程師，35名國際焊接技師等各類工程技術人員。長期從事非標設備研發(fā)制造、高溫冶煉設備研發(fā)制造、精密鋼結構制作、焊接技術研究與培訓等業(yè)務，始終致力于為機電、冶金、化工等行業(yè)提供決策依據(jù)、技術咨詢和解決方案，足跡遍布海內外。公司依靠自身雄厚的研發(fā)實力，成功研制了首臺焊接結構渣罐。先后承擔了國家重點工程上海光源工程（SSRF) 儲存環(huán)支架設備精密制造，北京奧運會國家體育館(鳥巢)部分鋼結構制作和安裝。常年與國際起重機設備制造企業(yè)科尼起重機設備有限公司、美國康明斯發(fā)電機有限公司以及英國多門朗工程技術咨詢有限公司合作，為其提供高質量的設備。井承接寶鋼等鋼廠的鋼包、中間包、混鐵車、保溫罩等高溫冶金設備的制造和維修等。

As one of the main industry of Shanghai Baoye Group Co. , Ltd, equipment manufacturing industry holds steel structure manufacturing top class qualification honored by steel structure association, manufacture license of hoisting machinery, construction project design qualification first class, professional coacting qualification first class of steel structure project and non-destructive testing projects. We also gain the management qualification certificate for outside coacted project, the European standard DIN18800-7(the highest level E class), and International certification of USA welding society AWS, ABS, and so on.
Shanghai Baoye engineering technology Co., Ltd has a factory area of 30,000 square meters, all kinds of large precision machining equipments such as nc gay-type milling machines, nc drilling machines, nc lathes, heat treatment equipments, and welding, lifting, inspection , testing equipments, altogether 420 sets. Our department has all kinds of engineering technical persons such as 18 international welding engineers, and 35 international welding technicians. We are engaged in manufacturing non-standard equipment R & D, high-temperature smelting equipment R & D and manufacturing precision steel structure productions, welding technique research and training. We continuously put my heart in the field of mechanical and electrical, metallurgical, chemical and so on. We provide decision basis, technical advice and solutions for these industries. Company rely on our own strong research and development, successfully developed the worlds first welding slag ladle. We participate in the national key project Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) storage ring stand equipment precision manufacturing, part of steel structure production and installation for Beijing Olympic National Stadium (Bird’s Nest). Our company has perennial cooperation with the international famous crane equipment manufacturing company Konecrane, Cummins Generator Co, Ltd, and British Dorman Long Engineering Consulting Co, Ltd. And we provide high quality equipments for them. On other side, we are also manufacturing and maintaining the high-temperature smelting equipments for Baosteel including in the ladles, torpedo cars, heat covers.
