   1、廢氣經(jīng)集氣罩、管道收集后，利用離心風(fēng)機(jī)引進(jìn)入洗滌塔處理設(shè)備中，再通過離心風(fēng)機(jī)將氣體送至煙囪系統(tǒng)，然后對(duì)處理之潔凈空氣進(jìn)行高空排放。
   2、洗滌塔處理廢氣條件是在一定的溫度和壓力下，設(shè)備循環(huán)噴淋系統(tǒng)中裝置高壓噴嘴，填充材料采用填充材料，使噴液能達(dá)到霧化狀態(tài)。
   3、在氣液相開始接觸時(shí)，組份的溶解即吸收是主要的，隨著時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)及溶液中吸收質(zhì)濃度不斷增大，吸收速度會(huì)不斷減慢，而解吸收的速度卻不斷增加。
   4、接觸到某一時(shí)刻，吸收速度和解吸速度相等，氣液相間的傳遞達(dá)到平衡相平衡。達(dá)到相平衡時(shí)表示溶解過程停止。因此此時(shí)需要更換潔凈洗滌液，否則溶液中已被吸收的組份也可能由液相重新逸回氣相，形成解吸。

  一、工藝流程簡(jiǎn)介：
   
   噴漆廢氣處理設(shè)備從氣體收集系統(tǒng)收集后，進(jìn)入“活性炭吸附設(shè)備”，由于固體吸附劑表面上存在著未平衡和未飽和的分子引力或化學(xué)鍵力，因此當(dāng)吸附劑的表面與氣體接觸時(shí)，就能吸引氣體分子，使其濃聚并保持在吸附劑表面，此現(xiàn)象稱為吸附。利用吸附劑固體表面的吸附能力，使噴漆廢氣中的VOC與大表面的多孔性吸附劑相接觸，廢氣中的污染物被吸附在固體表面上，使其與氣體混合物分離，經(jīng)活性炭吸附設(shè)備處理的氣體進(jìn)入U(xiǎn)V光解設(shè)備，去除有機(jī)廢氣及刺激性異味氣體后經(jīng)排氣筒高空排放。
   
   二、UV光解凈化原理介紹：
   
   噴漆廢氣處理設(shè)備利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線光束分解空氣中的氧分子產(chǎn)生游離氧，即活性氧，因游離氧所攜正負(fù)電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結(jié)合，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生臭氧。
