 特點(diǎn)和功能

         生產(chǎn)線選用本公司HDPE(PP,ABS)管材的擠出機(jī)，螺桿采用帶屏障和混煉頭結(jié)構(gòu)，機(jī)筒采用新型開槽機(jī)筒，塑化和混煉效果好，擠出量大而且穩(wěn)定。為HDPE(PP,ABS)大口徑厚壁管材設(shè)計(jì)的藍(lán)模頭，該模頭具有溶體溫度低，混合性能好，模腔壓力低，生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)。

          專有技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的多段控制真空度的真空定徑箱，保證HDPE(PP,ABS)管材的尺寸穩(wěn)定性和圓度。擠出機(jī)，牽引機(jī)采用進(jìn)口調(diào)速機(jī)和控制，穩(wěn)定性好，精度高，可靠性高。

          整條生產(chǎn)線運(yùn)行及時間由PLC進(jìn)行程序化控制，設(shè)置有良好的人機(jī)界面，所有工藝參數(shù)可通過觸摸屏進(jìn)行設(shè)置和顯示?？裳b配標(biāo)記線擠出機(jī)，生產(chǎn)符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的帶色標(biāo)線的管材.

           The screw of the extruder is eqeipped with barrier unit and mixing structrue,and the barrel owns new style grooves.All the these offer good plastification and mixing effect.Special design ofbasket die head forHDPE(PP,ABS)laege duameter pipi with thick wall offer lower melting enmpeture,good mixing,lower pressure pf caity ,and stable preduction.

            Special design for sizing and colling system by using film and wate ring to cool  HDPE(PP,ABS) material,which can fit for the requirement of HDPE(PP,ABS). And the design can ensure the stability of diameter and roundness when producing the pipe with thick wall.

            Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure he staility of size and roundness.Speed coellers are used in extruder, haul-pff to offer stability and precision.

             The whole line adopts PLC cool system and large liquid crystal screen,which makes the operation very convenient.The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruder used for extruding the mark line.
