        超聲波塑料焊接的原理是由超聲波發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生20KHZ（或15KHZ）的高壓、高頻信號、通過換能系統(tǒng)，把信號轉(zhuǎn)化為高頻振動，加于塑料制品工件上，通過工件表面及內(nèi)在分子間的磨擦而使接口的溫度升高，當溫度達到此工件本身的熔點時，使工件接口迅速熔化，繼而填充于接口間的空隙，當振動停止，工件同時在一定的壓力下冷卻定型，便達成焊接。

Principle of welding plastic by ultrasonic we is that ultrasonic generator creates a frequency of 20KHZ (or 15 KHZ), high frequency signal, through conversion system to become high frequency vibration. When welding plastic, friction of working surface and internal molecular increases heat of connection. When heat reaching to molten point of the spare part, connection will quickly melt and fill in gap in connection. When vibration stops, heat of spare welded piece will deceases and forms the joint.
