　　4. 代理進(jìn)口協(xié)議或合同




" "三，二極管一般貿(mào)易進(jìn)口具體流程如下：
a. 根據(jù)客戶提供的進(jìn)口裝箱單資料，整理出的進(jìn)口方案；
b. 根據(jù)方案按照貨物相關(guān)的海關(guān)監(jiān)管條件向相關(guān)部門申報，備齊報關(guān)文件；
c. 整理報關(guān)文件，向主管海關(guān)遞單申報；
d. 在與相關(guān)的海關(guān)審單人員配合下，海關(guān)審單人員會依據(jù)與約定的申報價值審單通過開立海關(guān)繳款單；
