1.產(chǎn)品介紹product ioduction

熔斷器是電力系統(tǒng)中過載和短路故障的保護設(shè)備，當(dāng)電流超過給定值一定時間后，以它本身產(chǎn)生的熱量，使熔體熔化而開斷電路的開關(guān)裝置。

Fuse is a kind of protecting device used for overload and short-circuit in electric power system. It is a kind of switch device through melting the melt and then breaking the circuit by the heat generated by fuse itself when current exceed the set value for certain time.

隔離開關(guān)+熔斷器組合是戶外高壓保護電氣，具有跌落開斷功能。是專業(yè)取代老型號跌落式熔斷器的產(chǎn)品，適合于風(fēng)電場、石油、化工、鋼鐵、電站作為保護分段的必備產(chǎn)品，它裝配在配電變壓器高壓側(cè)或配電線支干線路上，作輸電線路、電力變壓器過載和短路保護及分合額定負荷電流之用。具有操作簡單，維護方便，有效解決無故障跌落。該產(chǎn)品改進主要是針對無故障跌落、大電流運行、不穩(wěn)定等因素。把隔離開關(guān)功能改進在熔斷器本體，并且保留了熔斷器的保護功能，具有開斷短路電流、故障電流功能。

The combination of isolating switch and fuse is outdoor HV protection electric, with function of cut-off when current drop. Application of the combination replaces the older models drop-out fuse. It is an advanced product and necessary product serve as sub-protection which is fit for wind power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, steel and power station. The fuse combination is installed at the high voltage side of distribution transformer, or branch main line of distribution wire, which is used to protect overload or short circuit of the power transmission line and power transformer, also can point and load current of rated load. It has the advantages of easy operation and maintenance, resolving drop with fault-free effectively. The improvement of this product is mainly on drop with fault-free, large current operation and instability. The function of isolating switch is improved on the fuse body, can cut-off short circuit current and fault current at the same time keep the protect function.

本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計獨特，符合國家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具有創(chuàng)新、實用功能。

The product is characterized by unique design, accord with national technology standard. The technologies and functions are practical and creative.

①產(chǎn)品采用合成硅橡膠材料作為絕緣體，中心材料采用絕緣引拔棒。

    The product uses the synthesis of silicone rubber material as an insulator, Insulation materials implemented by pull rod.

②開關(guān)觸頭采用鋼制作、磷青銅材料、不銹鋼材料組成。

    The breaker contact is made of steel, phosphor bronze and stainless steel.

③所有連接部分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件采用不銹鋼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件（304材質(zhì)）。

Standard component of all connection parts adopt standard component stainless steel (material of 304).

④開關(guān)動作部分是壓鑄銅件、玻纖絲纏繞管。

Switch action part is pressure ting copper piece and glass fiber filament winding pipe.

⑤熔管上動觸頭為雙觸頭組合、下動觸頭為翻轉(zhuǎn)觸頭設(shè)計方式。

Moving contact on fusion tube is designed with double contacts, in which the lower contact is designed as flip contact.

⑥該產(chǎn)品上靜觸頭為雙接觸面，處為施壓接觸方式，第二處為卡和接觸方式。

The dynamic contact is designed as double contact surfaces, the first one is of pressing method, and the second one is stuck method.

⑦下靜觸頭為銅壓鑄觸頭。

The lower dynamic contact is copper ting one.
