POLYBATCH? FSU 1010 E by LyondellBasell is an anti-blocking and a slip agent masterbatch. It has an improved optical and slip properties as well as anti-block properties compared to amorphous sili. As it has a special round shape, there is no adsorption of slip agent on its surface and because of which, the total system has a better dispersion with no problems in picking moisture. It is FDA approved therefore, it can be used in polyethylene films for food packaging. POLYBATCH? FSU 1010 E is also used in LDPE, LLDPE and EVA at 2-5%.
