為任意值時,時間→單次流量→總流量< m3>→時間;) 2、按鍵操作 ⑴儀表內(nèi)部共有4個按鍵,上方為復(fù)位鍵,下方從左至右依次為鍵、鍵、鍵。 ⑵復(fù)位鍵一般在儀表裝配,插入顯示板時,按復(fù)位鍵,顯示屏開始顯示工作 ⑶儀表裝有磁感應(yīng)開關(guān),在工作狀態(tài)下,外部用磁鐵可切換顯示日流量(即單次量), 總流量,時間,內(nèi)部按鍵可切換顯示日流量,總流量,時間,屏幕顯示如下: 3、 時間的設(shè)定 ⑴同時按住和鍵,松開,儀表進(jìn)入時間設(shè)定狀態(tài),屏幕年份閃動。 ⑵按或鍵,調(diào)整需要設(shè)定的年份。 ⑶按鍵,月份閃動,按或鍵調(diào)整月份。 ⑷同理調(diào)整日期、時間。 ⑸時間調(diào)整完畢后,同時按住和,松開后儀表退出時間設(shè)定。 4、系數(shù)的設(shè)定 ⑴工作或待機(jī)狀態(tài)下:連續(xù)兩次同時按和鍵,P-00會閃動,儀表進(jìn)入系數(shù)設(shè)定狀 態(tài)。 在時間設(shè)定狀態(tài)下:同時按和鍵一次,儀表進(jìn)入系數(shù)設(shè)定,屏幕顯示如下: —5— 皖翔儀表 精益求精 ⑵、參數(shù)代碼P-XX閃動時,按或鍵,可以找到相應(yīng)的代碼,下方顯示的為該代 碼的參數(shù)值。 ⑶、如要修改參數(shù)值,按鍵移動到需要修改的位置,按或鍵增加或減少數(shù)值。 例:修改得到P-00=0000.1234,步驟如下: Ⅰ、按和鍵兩次,進(jìn)入系數(shù)設(shè)定狀態(tài)。 Ⅱ、按鍵,數(shù)值位閃動,按或鍵,調(diào)為0。 Ⅲ、再按鍵,將第二位調(diào)為0。 Ⅳ、依此類推,將P-00值調(diào)整為0000.1234,再同時按和鍵,退出,設(shè)置完 畢。 5、流量分段的方法 流量計在不同流量時,流量系數(shù)是有差距的,尤其在最小流量時差距較大,從而影響它的量程比,而電子表頭可采用流量分段方式對比進(jìn)行有效克服,說明如下: ⑴當(dāng)瞬時量采用m3 /h單位時(即P-09=0時)實際瞬時流量≤P-11時,使用P-00 為脈沖當(dāng)量 當(dāng)P-11<實際瞬時流量≤P-12時,使用P-01為脈沖當(dāng)量 當(dāng)P-12<實際瞬時流量≤P-13時,使用P-02為脈沖當(dāng)量 當(dāng)P-13<實際瞬時流量≤P-14時,使用P-03為脈沖當(dāng)量 當(dāng)實際瞬時流量>P-14時,使用P04脈沖當(dāng)量 ⑵當(dāng)瞬時量采用升/分鐘單位時(即P09=1時)實際瞬時流量≤P-15時,使用P-00脈沖當(dāng)量,實際瞬時流量≥P18時,使用P-04脈沖當(dāng)量(方法同前) ⑶如果不使用流量分段功能,只用一個脈沖當(dāng)量,只需把P-22設(shè)為0。此時儀表無論在什么流量下都使用P-00做為脈沖當(dāng)量。 6、儀表調(diào)試方法 ⑴在調(diào)試儀表時,首先把P-22設(shè)為0或1(選擇流量分段還是不分段)。 ⑵把P10設(shè)為1 —6— LCW系列微型流量傳感器 ⑶選擇瞬時量單位,即P-09為1還是0。(選擇單位) ⑷讓流量計在中流量運行,調(diào)整P-00脈沖當(dāng)量,使儀表顯示數(shù)和實際數(shù)相符。 ⑸設(shè)置P06為最小流量的三分之一左右,當(dāng)瞬時量小于P06時,瞬時量會顯示為0. ⑹如果不分流量段補償,儀表調(diào)試即告結(jié)束。如分段補償則繼續(xù)第⑺步。 ⑺依據(jù)儀表上顯示的瞬時量把流量調(diào)到最小,通過計量罐算出當(dāng)量并記錄下來,把流 量調(diào)整到不同的流量段,分別計算出相應(yīng)的當(dāng)量。 ⑻在整個流量量程內(nèi)盡量多取幾個流量點,分析這些不同流量點的當(dāng)量值,根據(jù)P-09是0還是1來設(shè)定P11-P14或P15-P18,再把不同的當(dāng)量結(jié)合置入P00-P04. ⑼最后不同流量點來回切換,看儀表精度是否滿足要求,如要4-20mA輸出功能,核實電流值是否正確,完畢。 ■本次流量、總流量清零 1、本次流量清零 按住鍵不松,或顯示屏玻璃外用磁鐵對放,約5秒后屏幕日流量顯示為0,松開后本次流量清零完成。 2、總流量清零 按住鍵不松,約10秒后屏幕總流量顯示為0,松開后總流量清零完成。 注:Ⅰ、日流量單位為升,總流量單位為m3 。 Ⅱ、日流量和總流量清零后會顯示4位小數(shù)。 Ⅲ、當(dāng)屏幕顯示數(shù)值計滿時,小數(shù)點自動后移。 Ⅳ、當(dāng)無小數(shù)計滿時,(即9999999),自動清零。 ■參數(shù) 1、輸入:電壓脈沖。 2、顯示:采用筆段液晶。 3、輸出:電壓脈沖(兩線制或三線制隨意互換) 4、供電:DC3.6V,電池供電二年,電池電量不足時電池圖標(biāo) 會閃動提示用戶更換電池。 5、脈沖輸出、自動加溫需外供電。外供電為DC24V或DC12V。 —7— 皖翔儀表 精益求精 ■故障排除 1.如果流量計沒有液體或只有少量液體流出,可能流量計本體里進(jìn)雜質(zhì),只要打開儀表本體后蓋上的4個螺栓(1),打開后蓋,取出雜質(zhì),轉(zhuǎn)動一下齒輪,復(fù)原即可。 2.流量計轉(zhuǎn)動正常,智能電子顯示儀有數(shù)字顯示,更換傳感器即可。 3.如用了很長時間,2年或更長時間,智能電子顯示儀無數(shù)字顯示,流量計轉(zhuǎn)動正常,可能需更換電池。 —8— Type LCW micro flow sensor GENERAL DESCRIPTION Type LCW micro flow sensor are instrument used for the continuous and intermittent measurement and cool of pipe liquid flow. Which are typical of feature large flow range, low pressure loss, large viscosity range, easy installation, high accuracy, and can measure high temperature, high viscosity liquid with easy calibration. The meter are widely used for the flow measurement in the field of petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, traffic, boats and ships, food industries and commerce, medical and sanitary departments. The micro flow sensor is generally comprised of a flow transducer and a counter. The main part of the transducers a measuring chamber which consists of a part of oval wheels and cover plate and the walls of measuring chamber. The counter contains speed reduction gears, adjusting device, counter, and pulse transmitters etc. The counter has mechanism and electron two kinds of type of counter, if the flow transducer is collocated the mechanical counter, the total liquid volume will be known by the pointer display and the roller number, the attached signal generator produces the pulse signal , and then transmitters it to the electrical indicator to display total liquid volume and instantaneous flow and cool, if the flow transducer is collocated the electronic counter, the total liquid volume and instantaneous flow will be known directly. STRUCTURE AND OPERATION PRINCIPAL In the measuring chamber, a part of oval wheels and cover plate make a fan shape city which is used as a measuring element.
