顎式破碎機(粗碎/細碎/液壓)節(jié)能環(huán)保 操作方法 1.顎式空載試車   (1) 顎式破碎機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)2小時,軸承溫升不得超過30℃。 (2) 所有緊固件應牢固,無松動現(xiàn)象。 (3) 飛輪、槽輪運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。 (4) 所有摩擦部件無擦傷、掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象,無不正常的響聲。 (5) 排料口的調(diào)整裝置應能保證排料口的調(diào)整范圍。 2. 顎式有載試車   (1) 顎式破碎機不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊、撞擊聲。 (2) 給料粒度應符合設計規(guī)定。 (3) 連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)8h,軸承溫升不得超過30℃。 3.顎式破碎機使用前的準備工作   (1) 仔細檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好,推力板的連接處是否有足夠潤滑脂。 (2) 仔細檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。 (3) 仔細檢查傳動帶是否良好。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損現(xiàn)象時,應及時更換,當傳動帶或帶輪上有油污時,應用抹布將油污擦凈。 (4) 檢查防護裝置是否良好,發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全現(xiàn)象時,應及時排除 (5) 檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或雜物,若有礦石或雜物時,則必須清理干凈,以確保破碎機空腔起動。 (6) 檢查起頂螺栓是否退回,墊片組是否壓緊,T型螺栓是否擰緊。破碎機司機必須經(jīng)過培訓,達到“三懂”(懂結(jié)構(gòu)、懂性能、懂原理)、“四會”(會使用、會維護、會保養(yǎng)、會處理故障),經(jīng)培訓考試合格,取得合格證后,方準上崗操作。 第2條與工作面刮板輸送司機、運輸巷帶式輸送機司機密切配合,統(tǒng)一信號聯(lián)系,按順序開、停開有大塊煤、矸在破碎機的進料口堆積外溢時,應停止工和面刮板輸送機運轉(zhuǎn)若大塊煤,矸不能進入破轉(zhuǎn)機或有金屬物件時,必須停機處理。 操作提示 1、根據(jù)使用情況,碎石軋料槽上面應設保護罩,防止碎石由軋料槽內(nèi)崩出傷人。 2、開機前,要破碎機內(nèi)及周圍的雜物,必須檢查各潤滑部位,并用手搬動數(shù)圈,各部機構(gòu)靈活才允許開機。 3、破碎機工作時,嚴禁用手從腭板間取出石塊,如有故障應用撬棍、鐵鉤等工具處理。 4、若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車,應立即關(guān)閉電動機,待物料干凈后,再行起動。 5、調(diào)節(jié)排料口時,應先松開擰緊彈簧,待調(diào)整好后,再適當調(diào)整彈簧的張緊程度并擰緊螺栓,以防襯板在工作時脫落。 6、破碎機工作時,要防止石塊嵌入張力彈簧中,而影響彈簧強度。 Jaw crusher (coarse crushing/fine crushing/hydraulic) is energy-sing, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective Operation method 1. Jaw loaded test drive (1) Jaw crushers shall not he periodic or significant impacts or impact sounds. (2) The maximum feeding particle size should comply with the design specifications. (3) After continuous operation for 8 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃. 3. Preparation work before using jaw crusher (1) Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient lubricating grease at the connection of the thrust plate. (2) Carefully inspect all fasteners to ensure they are securely fastened. (3) Carefully check if the drive belt is in good condition. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When there is oil stains on the drive belt or pulley, a cloth should be used to wipe off the oil stains. (4) Check if the protective device is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomena are found, they should be promptly eliminated (5) Check if there are any ores or debris in the crushing chamber. If there are ores or debris, they must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that the crusher chamber starts. (6) Check if the top bolt is retracted, if the gasket group is tightened, and if the T-bolt is tightened. The crusher driver must undergo training to achieve the "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles) and "four skills" (understanding use, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting), pass the training and examination, and obtain a certificate of qualification before being allowed to operate on duty. Article 2: Work closely with the scraper conveyor driver on the working face and the belt conveyor driver in the transportation lane, unify signal communication, and start and stop in sequence. When large coal and gangue accumulate and overflow at the feeding port of the crusher, the operation of the scraper conveyor on the working face should be stopped. If large coal and gangue cannot enter the crusher or there are metal objects, the machine must be stopped for processing. Operation tips 1. According to usage, a protective cover should be installed above the crushed stone rolling groove to prevent crushed stones from falling out of the groove and injuring people. 2. Before starting up, the debris inside and around the crusher must be removed. All lubrication parts must be checked and manually moved several times to ensure that all mechanisms are flexible before starting up. 3. When the crusher is working, it is strictly prohibited to remove stones from between the palate plates by hand. If there is a malfunction, tools such as pry bars and iron hooks should be used for handling. 4. If the car stops due to material blockage in the crushing chamber, the motor should be immediately turned off and restarted after the material is cleared. 5. When adjusting the discharge port, the tightening spring should be loosened first. After adjustment, adjust the tension of the spring appropriately and tighten the bolts to prevent the lining plate from falling off during operation. 6. When the crusher is working, it is necessary to prevent stones from being embedded in the tension spring, which may affect the strength of the spring.
