 冀東海德堡（扶風(fēng)）水泥有限公司簡(jiǎn) 介 Ioduction of Jidong Heidelberg (Fufeng) Cement Company Limited 冀東海德堡（扶風(fēng)）水泥有限公司，位于陜西省寶雞市扶風(fēng)縣天度鎮(zhèn)，距離西安、寶雞、咸陽(yáng)均在百公里以內(nèi)。公司前身是成立于2002年1月的由唐山冀東水泥股份有限公司投資成立的“冀東水泥扶風(fēng)有限責(zé)任公司”，于2002年9月28日開(kāi)工建設(shè)，2003年11月正式投產(chǎn)。2005年12月，唐山冀東水泥股份有限公司通過(guò)股份轉(zhuǎn)讓方式，與德國(guó)海德堡水泥集團(tuán)全資子公司海德堡水泥控股香港有限公司合資成立了冀東海德堡（扶風(fēng)）水泥有限公司。公司現(xiàn)注冊(cè)資本4.8億元，股本構(gòu)成為冀東水泥股份有限公司和海德堡水泥控股香港有限公司各占48.11%、扶風(fēng)法門(mén)寺水泥有限公司占3.78%?，F(xiàn)有總資產(chǎn)11.08億元。 Jidong Heidelberg (Fufeng) Cement Company located in Tiandu Town, Fufeng County in Baoji City, which is within 100meters from Xi’an City, Baoji City and Xianyang City. The company was used to be named as “Jidong Cement Fufeng Company Limited which was invested and build by Jidong Cement Company Limited in January of 2002. the construction of the company was started on 28th Sep 2002, and put into production in November of 2003. In December of 2005, Tangshan Jidong Cement Company Limited build together with Heidelberg Cement Holding Hong Kong Limited (which is a subsidiary of Heidelberg Cement in Germany) a joint venture named as Jidong Heidelberg (Fufeng) Cement Company Limited by the way of share transfer. The registered capital of the company is 480mio RMB, in which Jidong Cement Company Limited and Heidelberg Cement Holding Hong Kong Limited holds 48.11% proportionally, while the other shareholder Fufeng Famensi Cement hold 3.78% of the share. In the contest hold by Baoji Public Transportation Office, Baoji Daily, Baoji TV Station and Baoji Broadting Station, the company as nominated as “the Most Promising Enterprise” and “Honorable Enterprise in 2006” 公司為響應(yīng)國(guó)家關(guān)于水泥行業(yè)有關(guān)政策，遵循“控制總量、調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、提高質(zhì)量、保護(hù)環(huán)境”的原則，結(jié)合市場(chǎng)需要，投資6億元建設(shè)二期日產(chǎn)4500噸水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線及余熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目在上級(jí)的大力支持和關(guān)懷下，于 2007 年7月破土動(dòng)工， 2008 年10 月11日開(kāi)始投料試生產(chǎn)，項(xiàng)目正式生產(chǎn)后,公司年水泥生產(chǎn)能力將達(dá)到500萬(wàn)噸。余熱發(fā)電項(xiàng)目于6月23日由陜西省地方電力集團(tuán)公司批復(fù)并網(wǎng)。項(xiàng)目建成后，實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)電量800萬(wàn)kwh，上網(wǎng)電量740kwh。全廠供電自給率可達(dá)到32.7％。從環(huán)保角度看，每年將減少11.53萬(wàn)噸二氧化碳?xì)怏w排放量。 In answer to certain regulation of state cement industry, and comply with the principle of “cool the volume, adjust the structure, improve the quality and protect the environment”, as well as meets the requirement of the market, the company invested 600mio RMB in constructing waste heat power generation for the 4500t/d cement and clinker line. Supported and cared the officers, this project was started in July 2007, and put into production in 11th October of 2008. The cement production capacity would reach 5mio RMB after WHPG project starting operation. In 23rd of June 2008, the WHPG was approving by Shaanxi Local Power Group to connect with the power supply grid. When the WHPG come into production, 8mio KWH power can be produced, while 740mio KWH will be on-grid, and it can supply 32.7％ of the power needed by the company. From environment protection point of view, 115,300ton of carbon dioxide discharge will be decreased each year. 該項(xiàng)目的建成不但能夠滿足本地及周邊市場(chǎng)對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)回轉(zhuǎn)窯水泥的需求，而且在能源、交通、技術(shù)、地理等諸多方面優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。同時(shí)該項(xiàng)目建成后年利潤(rùn)預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到1.5億元，實(shí)現(xiàn)稅金達(dá)到8000余萬(wàn)元。此外，將進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)厮喙I(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，進(jìn)而拉動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出積極的貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)提高陜西省水泥工業(yè)的技術(shù)水平，陜西省水泥工業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，具有積極的意義。 This plant can fulfill the rotary cement in local and neioring area, and based on energy, transportation, technology and geography advantage, the products would be more competitive.
