PE管材擠出生產(chǎn)線

產(chǎn)品描述：
擠出機(jī)螺桿使用屏障段和混合段，機(jī)筒擁有新型溝槽。所有這些新型設(shè)計(jì)是為了增加塑化和混練效果。特殊設(shè)計(jì)的HDPE(PP,ABS)籃式膜具，使溶解溫度更低，擁有好的混合效果，低的機(jī)頭壓力，并有好的穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)量。
采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)的冷卻和定徑系統(tǒng)，使用水循環(huán)冷卻HDPE(PP,ABS)原料，適合以上原料的冷卻。特殊設(shè)計(jì)可以擁有穩(wěn)定的直徑尺寸和圓整度，可以適合生產(chǎn)厚壁管的需要。
特殊設(shè)計(jì)的真空定徑箱，可以確保穩(wěn)定的直徑尺寸和圓整度，使用速度控制系統(tǒng)，使?fàn)恳俣确€(wěn)定。
整條生產(chǎn)線采用PLC控制，液晶屏幕控制面板，是操作簡(jiǎn)易方便。可以增加色標(biāo)擠出機(jī)，使生產(chǎn)的管材擁有色標(biāo)線。

PE pipe production line

The screw of the extruder equipped with barrier unit and mixing structure, and the barrel owns new style grooves. All of these offer good plastification and mixing effect. Special design of basket die head of for HDPE(PP,ABS) large diameter pipe with thick wall offer lower melting temperature, good mixing, lower pressure of city ,and stable production.
Special design for sizing and cooling system by using film and water ring to cool HDPE(PP,ABS)material, which can fit for the requirement of HDPE(PP,ABS).And the design can ensure the stability of diameter and roundness when producing the pipe with thick wall.
Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure the stability of size and roundness, Speed coollers are used in extruder, haul-off to offer stability and precision.
The whole line adopts PLC cool system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient. The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruding the mark line.
