本產(chǎn)品是直線注射式膏液灌裝機采用PLC和觸摸屏自動化控料具有計量準(zhǔn)確,結(jié)構(gòu)、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，噪聲低，調(diào)節(jié)范圍大灌裝速度快等優(yōu)點。而且對易揮發(fā)，易結(jié)晶，易起泡的液體,對橡膠，塑料有腐蝕的液體，以及對高粘度高密度的液體半流體都能適應(yīng)。本機在料箱部分特地加裝了攪拌裝置，對有醬料能邊攪拌邊灌裝。本機外露部分及液料接觸部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造表面進行了拋光處理，外形美觀大方不污染環(huán)境，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求

This inline type of filler is best suited for viscous products including easily volatilized liquid, easily concreting liquid, and easily foaming liquid, and also suited for strong corrosive chemicals to rubber and plastic.In additional,it is also suited for paste and semi-paste product. This machine is also made to meet food-grade standards and can also handle various chemical:such as hey sauce, salsa, salad dressing, cosmetic cream, hey shampoo, gel, paste cleaner and waxes, adhesive,hey oil and lubricant. It is automatically coolled by computer (PLC) and touch screen cool panels. Advance structure, highly reliable, low noise, wide regulating range and high filling speed The material storing tank of the machine has been specially added the churn-dasher, it can churn up and fill at the same step. All the parts touching the material are made of advanced SS,also applied to GMP standard requirement.
