本機(jī)適用于對(duì)流體10kg~50kg的計(jì)重量灌裝，自動(dòng)完成計(jì)數(shù)進(jìn)瓶、計(jì)重量灌裝、輸送出瓶等一系列操作。特別適用于水劑、食用油、潤(rùn)換油的定量灌裝，是食品、醫(yī)藥、化妝品以及精細(xì)化工等行業(yè)的理想包裝機(jī)。
主要特點(diǎn)
◆本機(jī)采用可編程控制器（PLC）、觸摸屏進(jìn)行操作控制、使用調(diào)節(jié)方便。
◆每個(gè)灌裝頭均有稱重和反饋系統(tǒng)，能對(duì)每一個(gè)頭的灌裝量進(jìn)行灌裝量設(shè)置和單個(gè)微量調(diào)整。
◆光電傳感器、接近開關(guān)等采用的都是的傳感元件，做到無桶不灌裝，堵桶主機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)并報(bào)警。
