ZHK顆粒漿狀灌裝機(jī)是本公司采用灌裝機(jī)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行改造和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、度高、操作更加簡便。
適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、及特殊行業(yè)，是理想的顆粒漿狀粘度流體充填設(shè)備。
該機(jī)為半自動活塞式灌裝機(jī)，可灌裝顆粒漿狀流體物料。
該機(jī)設(shè)計合理，機(jī)型小巧，立式結(jié)構(gòu)，節(jié)省場地。
操作方便，氣動部分均采用德國FESTO和臺灣AirTac的氣動元件。
物料接觸部分均采用316L不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
灌裝閥由氣動閥控制，灌裝精度更高。
灌裝量和灌裝速度均可任意調(diào)節(jié)。
灌裝悶頭采用防拉絲及升降灌裝裝置。

The model ZHK is a vertical bag-making, filling and sealing machine, widely used for packing granules and powdery non-adhesive materials, such as gourmet power, coffee, powdery detergent and instant drinks.
With the stepping motor subdivision technology adopted for the bag- making system, the accuracy of the system, with errors less than 1mm, is high.
This machine is the Semi-automatic Piston Type Ointment Filling Machine, can fill granule viscous fluid material.
This machine is reasonable in design, small in model, vertical structure, sing the place.
Easy to operate, the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTac.
Filling valve is coolled by the electromagnetic valve, filling accuracy is higher.
Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted at will
Filling head adopts anti-pull and lifting filling device.
