適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、及特殊行業(yè)，是對(duì)高粘度流體進(jìn)行灌裝的理想設(shè)備。由于機(jī)器在不帶電的狀態(tài)下工作，更具安全性，人性化設(shè)計(jì)更加符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的要求。
該機(jī)為半自動(dòng)雙活塞式膏體灌裝機(jī)，不帶電工作、操作更加安全。
該機(jī)為雙頭同步灌裝，提高工作效率。
設(shè)計(jì)合理，機(jī)型小巧，操作方便，氣動(dòng)部分均采用德國(guó)FESTO和臺(tái)灣AirTac的氣動(dòng)元件。
物料接觸部分均采用316L不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
有灌裝量調(diào)節(jié)手柄、灌裝速度可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。

This machine is the semi-automatic double piston liquid filling machine, working under the state without electricity, it is safer to operate.
This machine has two filling heads in-phase, improving the work efficiency.
This machine reasonable in design, smart in model, easy to operate, the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and Taiwan’s AirTac.
The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel.
With adjustment handle of filling volume, the filling speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy.
Filling head adopts anti-leakage, anti-pull and with diving filling device.
