九、XW系列上部給礦干濕兩用磁選機
適用范圍與特點：此機為上部給礦式槽體，適用于粗粒、中粒級別的礦石提純分離，也適用于陶瓷、鈦、鐵、石英、高令土、飼料等物料中剔除鐵雜質(zhì)，使其純度提高。給礦粒度≤20mm。

Ⅸ. XW SERIES upper-part ore feeding dry and wet dual-purp o se magnet separator

Application scope and features:
The product is upper-part ore feeding aqueduct body and is suitable for purifying and separating ore of coarse and medium-sized particle as well as for iron sundries removing from ceramic, titanium, iron, quartz, kaolin and feed to improve the purity. Ore-feeding particle is less than or equal to 20mm.

十、XW系列下部給礦濕式磁選機
適用范圍與特點：
永磁筒式磁選機。濕式機型槽體分為順流式、半逆流式和逆流式三種給礦槽體。

順流式槽體主要用于粗顆粒礦石預選、提純及選礦粗選作業(yè)，此槽型精選礦品位好。適用給礦粒度范圍≤6mm。

半逆流式槽體主要用于精選作業(yè)和尾礦提純，由于該機槽下部插有噴水管，把礦漿沖成松散的懸浮狀態(tài)，有利于提高選別的指標，回收率高，精礦質(zhì)量好。適用于給礦粒度范圍≤0.5MM。

逆流槽體的給礦方向與圓筒的轉(zhuǎn)動方向和磁性產(chǎn)品的移動方向相反，它給予精礦粒較長的滯留選別時間，所以精礦品位好，但回收率較低，給礦粒度≤3MM。

Ⅹ. XW SERIES lower-part ore-feeding wet magnetic separator
Application scope and features:
Permanent magnet drum separator. Wet aqueduct body consists of parallel flow type, semi- counter flow type and counter flow type.

Parallel flow type aqueduct body is mainly used for pre-conceation of coarse particle ore, purifying and coarse roughing of ore. For the type, its conceate grade is good. Range for ore-feeding particle is less than or equal to 6mm.

Semi- counter flow type aqueduct body is mainly used for reconceation and purifying of tailings. Because water spray tube inserted at the lower part of the aqueduct body rushes pulp into loose suspending status, it is helpful for improving index of grade selecting. It has the advantages of high return rate and the best quality for conceation. Ore-feeding particle is less than or equal to 0.5MM.

The direction of ore feeding for counter flow type aqueduct body is coary to rotation direction of cylinder and moving direction of magnetic products, which gives longer staying and grade-selecting time for conceative mineral particle. So the grade of conceate ore is the best, the return rate is lower and ore-feeding particle is less than or equal to 3MM.
