無能量損失Zero Energy Loss 利用注塑機(jī)同步信號及電子控制。根據(jù)注塑成型的工藝要求控制注塑機(jī)壓力比例閥和流量比例閥，將傳統(tǒng)的定量泵改變成節(jié)能型變量泵，將通過溢流閥的回流流量降到最少，油泵輸出與整機(jī)運(yùn)行所需功率匹配，無高壓溢流能量損失。
