產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明
該膠用于國(guó)產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口各類自動(dòng)化紙板生產(chǎn)線以及單面機(jī)等，生產(chǎn)三層、五層、七層、九層等各種類型的紙板，取代純淀粉和淀粉加各種添加劑類的膠。

主要性能特點(diǎn)
1、膠膜堅(jiān)硬：該膠經(jīng)增強(qiáng)處理，膠膜硬度高，所粘合的紙板平壓強(qiáng)度和邊壓強(qiáng)度均有明顯的提高，邊壓強(qiáng)度提高15% 以上。
2、耐潮優(yōu)異：該膠經(jīng)過(guò)耐潮處理，膠膜的耐潮能力，比純淀粉膠有明顯的提高，和耐水添加劑的效果相當(dāng)，能更好地滿足潮濕環(huán)境下紙箱耐潮保強(qiáng)的需要。
3、糊化點(diǎn)低：該膠糊化溫度（膠化點(diǎn)）低，比普通淀粉低3—5℃，確保粘合牢固，可明顯提高開(kāi)機(jī)速度。
4、粘合牢固：粘合強(qiáng)度高，達(dá)到或超過(guò)。
5、價(jià)格低廉：該增強(qiáng)劑價(jià)格大大低于其他添加劑，其價(jià)格和一般淀粉膠價(jià)格相當(dāng)。

使用方法
增強(qiáng)劑和淀粉配合使用，具體配合使用方法分二種情況：
1、一份增強(qiáng)劑加二份淀粉（等于三份淀粉使用）。
2、一份增強(qiáng)劑加三份淀粉（等于四份淀粉使用）。
3、一份增強(qiáng)劑加四份淀粉（等于五份淀粉使用）。
制膠工藝及過(guò)程與玉米淀粉膠相同。使用該增強(qiáng)劑能夠明顯提高瓦楞紙板強(qiáng)度，提高開(kāi)機(jī)速度，改善耐潮性，節(jié)省成本。

Intensifier for corrugated paper board
product information
This adhesive is used in various homemade or imported automatic paper board production lines and single-side machines to produce different types of paper board, such as 3-layer type, 5-layer type, 7-layer type and 9-layer type. It can substitute various pure starch adhesives and starch adhesives with additives.

This adhesive has following characters
1.       Hard adhesive film: This adhesive is reinforced, so the adhesive film has high hardness; both the flat press strength and edge press strength of agglutinated paper board are improved remarkably. And the edge press strength may be improved over 15%.
2.       Excellent property of moisture resistance: This adhesive is resistant to moisture and the property of adhesive film is improved more remarkably that that of pure starch adhesive, close to that of starch adhesive with waterproof additive. So it can better meet the demand of moisture resistance in moist condition.
3.       Low gelling point: The gelling point of this adhesive is 3—5℃ lower than that of common starch adhesive. In the same atmosphere and temperature, its starting speed is quicker, guaranteeing it agglutinates firmly.
4.       Firm agglutination: The agglutination strength is high, reaching or exceeding national relative standard.
5.       Low price: The price of this intensifier is lower than any other, equivalent to that of common starch adhesives.

Using methods
Intensifier and starch are used in proper proportion. There are two conditions in detail:
1. one share of intensifier and two shares of starch (equivalent to three shares of starch);
2. one share of intensifier and three shares of starch (equivalent to four shares of starch);
3. one share of intensifier and four shares of starch (equivalent to five shares of starch);
The technics and process of making glue is the same as that of cornstarch. It can remarkably improve corrugated paper board’s strength, improve starting speed, improve the property of moisture resistance and se cost to use this intensifier.
