本機是吸收、借鑒技術(shù)，結(jié)合眾多食品廠家的建議，自主研發(fā)的一種新型攪拌鍋，鍋體為一次沖壓成型的不銹鋼鍋體，保證了鍋內(nèi)的平整光滑。采用蒸汽、液化氣、天然氣、電磁等加熱形式，推出電磁加熱技術(shù)，達(dá)到了國際綠色環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，完成了程控一體化控制，填補了國內(nèi)空白。攪拌方式采用特殊的傾斜式行星傳動，使用的攪拌器與鍋體達(dá)到充分的接觸，實現(xiàn)傳動公轉(zhuǎn)與自轉(zhuǎn)的不整數(shù)傳動比，確保鍋內(nèi)無攪拌死角，物料攪拌均勻不粘鍋。傳動部位采用的傳動與密封結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了鍋內(nèi)潔凈、衛(wèi)生。采用變頻調(diào)速器與擺線針輪減速機及傾斜傳動的組合，增大了傳動力矩，在轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi)可隨意調(diào)節(jié)攪拌速度，液壓式升降、翻鍋出料更加省力、省時、省工。
