SJW系列塑料波形瓦擠出生產(chǎn)線配以相應(yīng)的成型模具，可連續(xù)生產(chǎn)各種波形塑料瓦，本機由主機、平模定型牽引切割裝置、堆料裝置等組成。優(yōu)點：采用衣架式平板機頭，配以氣動開合的定型模使成型更為可靠；波瓦的厚度調(diào)整極為方便；采用與塑料瓦波形一致的橡膠牽引輥，使牽引特別平穩(wěn)；斜刃自動切割，切口更為平整，可按需定長自動切割。
新近開發(fā)設(shè)計的PVC芯層發(fā)泡塑料瓦在原單層PVC波浪瓦生產(chǎn)線基礎(chǔ)之上加以更新、改進，其生產(chǎn)的發(fā)泡波浪瓦在成本上大大減少，該設(shè)備性能更好，質(zhì)量更高，結(jié)構(gòu)上也更趨緊湊合理。此外，更換部分部件，可生產(chǎn)PVC透明瓦，透光率可達85%。
