DLJ-7晶閘管中頻電源控制板,主要由調節(jié)器、移相控制、保護電路、啟動演算電路、逆變頻率跟蹤、逆變脈沖形成、脈沖放大及脈沖變壓器組成。其核心部件采用美國生產的高性能、高密度、大規(guī)模DLJ集成電路，使其內部電路除調節(jié)器外，其余均實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化，整流觸發(fā)器部分不需要任何調整，而且可靠性高、脈沖對稱度高、抗干擾能力強、反應速度快等特點，又由于有相序自適應電路，無需同步變壓器，所以，現(xiàn)場調試中免去了調相序、對同步的工作，僅需把KP晶閘管的門極線接入控制板相應的接線端上，整流部分便能投入運行。
