日本玩具安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ST2002/日本厚生省認(rèn)可/日本玩具協(xié)會(huì)認(rèn)可
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)介紹：
日本玩具工業(yè)已經(jīng)建立了安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其針對(duì)的是為14歲及以下兒童設(shè)計(jì)的玩具。雖然參與ST標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)是自愿性的，但是目前幾乎所有的為14歲及以下兒童設(shè)計(jì)的玩具都具有ST標(biāo)識(shí)
符合日本玩具協(xié)會(huì)采用的《日本玩具安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的玩具和游戲器具可以在其產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽上顯示ST標(biāo)識(shí)。為了獲得使用ST標(biāo)識(shí)的資質(zhì)，制造商或者進(jìn)口商需要先和玩具協(xié)會(huì)簽署一份使用ST標(biāo)識(shí)的協(xié)議，然后提交用于向的測(cè)試機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合性測(cè)試的樣品。
涵蓋范圍：

1. Driven Toys 驅(qū)動(dòng)玩具
2. Scientific toys 科學(xué)玩具
3. Handicraft toys (e.g. easy-to-build models) provided they are intended specifically for children 兒童特定手工玩具 （例如, 易于制作的模型）
4. Toys used in the garden (e.g. swings) 花園用玩具（例如：秋千）
5.   Toy sport equipment 玩具運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施
6.  Aquatic toys 水上玩具
7.  Bath toys 沐浴玩具
8.  Inflatable vinyl toys intended to be used on the surface of water 水面上使用的基充氣玩具
9.  Christmas articles 圣誕用品
10. Straps for mobile phones 手機(jī)帶
11.  Video toys / games connected to television sets 連接電視的視頻玩具 /
12.  Toys used in combination with designated toys (e.g., rails for a toy train set; toy ball & bat). 玩具中的組合玩具 （例如：玩具火車中的鐵軌；玩具球 & 球拍） 
13.  Accessory toys (e.g. earrings,  necklace, pendant, brooch, bracelet, ring, anklet)  飾物玩具（例如：耳環(huán)，項(xiàng)鏈，吊墜，胸針，手鐲，戒指，腳鐲）

 
適用對(duì)象 該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于14歲及以下兒童使用的玩具
測(cè)試項(xiàng)目 a. 物理機(jī)械性測(cè)試：物理機(jī)械性測(cè)試要求范圍與EN71大致相同，具體可以參考?xì)W洲EN71標(biāo)準(zhǔn)介紹。注意：只是要求的管控范圍大致相同，具體測(cè)試細(xì)節(jié)（如拉力大小等）會(huì)有所不同，詳情可聯(lián)系Intertek的專業(yè)人士。
b. 燃燒性能測(cè)試：該項(xiàng)測(cè)試與EN71的要求大致相同，可參考?xì)W洲EN71玩具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的燃燒性能測(cè)試。 c. 化學(xué)測(cè)試要求：

1.9	Synthetic resin mainly coed of Polyvinyl chloride (including those used for paint coating) Effective after September 1, 2009 主要由聚氯乙烯組成的合成樹脂 （含那些用于油漆涂層的） 2009年9月1日后生效	PVC, for which DEHP, DBP, or BBP is used as raw material, shall not be used for toys 含DEHP, DBP, 和 BBP為原材料的聚氯乙烯，不能用于玩具中
		PVC, for which DINP, DIDP or DNOP is used as raw material, shall not be used for toys that are intended to come into contact with the mouth, and toys intended for children under 3 years of age 含DINP, DIDP和DNOP為原材料的聚氯乙烯，不能用于設(shè)計(jì)給嘴接觸的玩具及供3歲以下兒童使用的玩具
		Pacifiers and teething rings shall not use synthetic resin containing PVC as raw material 安撫奶嘴和出牙器環(huán)不能使用含PVC為原材料的合成樹脂
