| 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學(xué)方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿S網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯(lián)聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機械性能和耐環(huán)境能力，并保持了優(yōu)良的電氣性能。 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體的允許長期溫為90攝氏度，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、耐化學(xué)腐蝕和敷設(shè)不受落差限制等優(yōu)點。 26/35KV電力電纜，18/30KV交聯(lián)電纜，12/20KVYJV電纜，8.7/15KVYJV22電纜線，6/10KV鋁芯交聯(lián)電纜線，3.6/6KVYJLV單芯電纜 中低壓交聯(lián)電纜產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standard 本產(chǎn)品按GB12706《額定電壓35V及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，同時還可根據(jù)用戶需要按國際電工委員會推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC、英準(zhǔn)、德準(zhǔn)及美準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。 The product is manufactured according to the standard of《GB12706 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request. 適用范圍 Applications 本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kv～26/35kv輸配電線路作配送電能子用。 The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kv～26/35kv. 使用特性 Operating characteristics · 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kv～26/35kv。 Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv～26/35kv. · 電纜導(dǎo)體的允許工作溫度：90℃。 Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃. · 短路時（最長時間不超過5s）電纜導(dǎo)體的溫度不超過2500C。 Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C. (5s maximum duration) · 電纜敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于00C。 The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C. · 電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。 The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.
