2000 Flux Cooller Display-LFIX 氣體混氣儀特點(diǎn)：氣路質(zhì)量流量控制,響應(yīng)時(shí)間1～4SEC,耐高3MPa氣體混合，高精度控制多種氣體混合比例，實(shí)現(xiàn)不同氣體比要求，氣路通道：1～8路（根據(jù)客戶需求設(shè)計(jì)）。

Preface

Please read these operating instructions before commissioning the instrument.
1.1 The instrument pass strict test .All necessary settings are described in this manual. If any difficulties should
arise during commissioning ,you are asked not to carry out any manipulations that could endanger your rights
under the instrument warranty!
1.2 The installation site should be free from vibration. Electromagnetic fields, caused by motors, transformers etc
. should be oided.
1.3 Installation, operation, and maintenance of the recorder should only be performed by properly trained personnel.
1.4 The screen can not be hit.
2. pure and characteristic
The paperless recorder offer power to MFC and MFM, flux reckoning, display real time value of flux and cumulate
value of flux. And can be used with any brand of MFC and MFM.
   This instrument’s DOS is made by plastic and it is small, easy install. Input and output single include DC(0-5V),
analog(4-20 ma), have alarm function.

Work Elements

1、 use on-off power(±15V), have large voltage range and strong anti-jamming,
2、 benchmark fountain and flux set
output 0-5V single or 4-20mA single to cool MFC’s flux. It is a soft start-up power, need 18s to start-up machine, so the voltage or analog can go to 5v or 20 mA slowness
3、 valve location set
set valve location on panel, “valve location” means common work., “wash” means wash pipeline.
4、 zero
adjust instrument’s zero through configuration.
5、 alarm
set flux high level and low level in configuration, when instantaneous flux out of the level ,display alarm signal
6、 flux unit
there are three kind of unit(“SCCM”，“SLM”，“%”) to choose.

Installation And Connection

The installation site should be free from vibration. Electromagnetic fields, caused by motors, transformers etc.
should be oided.
The ambient temperature at the site should be 0 to +45°C, with a relative humidity of 75%, no condensation.

Interface And Operation Explain

1、Main Page
1: flux alarm:  means high lee alarm, AL means low lee alarm.
2: unit
3: engineering value of flux
4: cumulate time, unit is hr.
5: total accumulation, from 0 to 99999999.
6: state of valve location
set valve location on panel, “VC” means common work., “WH” means wash pipeline, “CL” means close.

Press  display next page
Press ， choose state of valve location, then move cursor to “OK” , press .

3、Output Page

Press  display next page
Zero set, when valve location is close or flux value is zero but display value is not zero, user can use this
function. Attention : you must use this function when short circuit the input.

1:signal type: “5V” means input single is 0-5V, “20mA” means input single is 0-20mA.
Please set zero before change signal type.( set zero when voltage is 0V or current is 4mA.

3:filt,filter the wes, from 0.0s to 9.9s.
4:range, from –9999 to 30000, press  change station of radix point.

1: cumulate ratio, use cumulate ratio adjust resolution of cumulate when its value is too small.

l press  display next page；

2: output percent
3: reset, “Y” reset output value to zero.
Software
Communication set
1: Open DSN2000 Software.
2: Choose Setting →com set, display com. Setting page.
l in this page user can set address and baud rate, and the parameter must the same as instrument.
l choose communication port (from COM1 to COM4 )bases on user’s computer port.
l Parity must be None.
l Interval is software receive data’s interval time.
3:Real Time Curve
user can use this software look-in real time curve. Press file →（Acquire Real-Time Data）or  to display real data fetch.And then press  to start fetch data.You can see the real curve in this page.
4.Other Information
Press View → Real-Time Curve → other information . You can get MulCumulation , TimeCumulation ,
ValueSet and Output.
