Gage Bilts automated rivet installation stations are capable of installing rivets from 3/32 to 1/4 inch in any material.

Gage Bilts GB8000 series semi-automated riveting system uses a hand held pistol grip installation tool. The tool comes with a 8 foot umbilical connected to a hydraulic power unit. Rivets are bowl-fed and automatically presented to the nose tip from the feeder with air pressure. They are then pulled into the tool via a vacuum system that also provides for the discharge of the spent pintails. The unit requires 110 vac, 80 psi minimum, with 10 CFM of compressed air and is capable of a feed rate of 25 rivets a minute.
