ONE. Overview

The instrument can measure high resistance , but also to measure micro-current . Uses the U.S. Intel Corporation LSI , so equipment is small , light weight , high accuracy . Digital LCD display directly the resistance value and current. Limit the amount of from 1 × 104Ω ~ 1 × 1018 Ω, is currently the most wide measuring range , high accuracy digital high resistance measuring instrument . Current measurement range of 2 × 10-4 ~ 1 × 10-16A. Machine test voltage 10V/50V/100V/250V/500V/1000V adjustable. This instrument has high precision , showing rapid , good stability , easy reg for rubber, plastics, films , and powders , liquids, and solids and paste shapes of various insulating materials volume and surface resistivity value determination . In addition to the instrument can measure resistance , but also directly measure weak current .

Fourth, the working principle

According to Ohm s law, the measured resistance Rx is equal to the applied voltage V divided by the current through the I. The traditional high impedance meter works by measuring the voltage V fixed by measuring the current flowing through the sampling resistor I to get the resistance value. As can be seen from Ohms law , since the current I is inversely proportional to the resistance , rather than proportional to the resistor value displayed is nonlinear, i.e. infinite resistance , the current is zero, that the header is at zero , its the scale is very close to dense, low resolution . Entire scale is nonlinear. Also, because the resistance of different measurement , the voltage V will be some variation , so the ordinary differential impedance meter is the precision , low resolution .

The instrument is also measure the voltage V across the resistor and a current flowing through the resistor I, large scale integrated circuit via the internal voltage divided by current calculation completion , then the results obtained after A / D conversion to digital display resistor value , even the voltage V across the resistor and the current I flowing through the resistor is changed simultaneously , which shows the resistance value is not as common as a result of taking into account the measured impedance changes or voltage V and the variation of the current I , therefore, even if the measuring voltage , resistance is measured , and power supply voltage changes little effect on its results , the measurement accuracy is high ( patent ) , in theory the error can be zero , the actual errors can be done a few thousandths or very few .

一、概述

    本儀器既可測量高電阻,又可測微電流。采用了美國Intel公司的大規(guī)模集成電路,使儀器體積小、重量輕、準(zhǔn)確度高。數(shù)字液晶直接顯示電阻值和電流。量限從1×104Ω 1×1018 Ω,是目前國內(nèi)測量范圍最寬,準(zhǔn)確度的數(shù)字超高阻測量儀。電流測量范圍為2×10-4 1×10-16A。機內(nèi)測試電壓為10V/50V/100V/250V/500V/1000V任意可調(diào)。本儀器具有精度高、顯示迅速、性好穩(wěn)定、讀數(shù)方便, 適用于橡膠、塑料、薄膜、及粉體、液體、及固體和膏體形狀的各種絕緣材料體積和表面電阻值的測定。本儀器除能測電阻外,還能直接測量微弱電流。

四、工作原理

   根據(jù)歐姆定律,被測電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計的工作原理是測量電壓V固定,通過測量流過取樣電阻的電流I來得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出,由于電流I是與電阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的,即電阻無窮大時,電流為零,即表頭的零位處是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整個刻度是非線性的。又由于測量不同的電阻時,其電壓V也會有些變化,所以普通的高阻計是精度差、分辨率低。

本儀器是同時測出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I,通過內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計算,然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值,即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I是同時變化,其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計那樣因被測電壓V的變化或電流I的變化而變,所以,即使測量電壓、被測量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對其結(jié)果影響不大,其測量精度很高(),從理論上講其誤差可以做到零,而實際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。
