一， 概述
    UQK-65-C系列船用浮球液位控制器（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)控制器）。它山浮球，連桿，鐵心部分和磁性開(kāi)關(guān)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)組成，由浮球檢測(cè)到的液位變化直接傳給磁性開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)?？刂破骱侠淼剡x用全密封引磁隔離開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)，使永磁元件不能直接接觸介質(zhì)，避免了介質(zhì)內(nèi)部的混雜蝕質(zhì)引起軋熬和卡死現(xiàn)象，也不因機(jī)構(gòu)的摩擦而發(fā)生故障。
    控制器還符合國(guó)際電工委會(huì)（IEC）92-504（1974年）船用電器設(shè)備器特殊要求-控制和測(cè)量?jī)x表，中華人民共和國(guó)船舶檢驗(yàn)局（1983）鋼質(zhì)海船入級(jí)與建造規(guī)范有關(guān)規(guī)定，部分還符號(hào)英國(guó)勞氏船級(jí)社的控制和電器設(shè)備的形式認(rèn)可實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)則（1975年）。
二， 用途
    UQK-65-C系列位控制器廣泛適用于海洋船舶及其它設(shè)備的機(jī)艙副機(jī)鍋爐等裝置的潤(rùn)滑油，燃油，廢油，淡水，污水等密閉或開(kāi)口容器內(nèi)的液位報(bào)警和控制的作用。但不適宜于對(duì)不銹鋼材料起腐蝕作用和易燃，易爆的流體的危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。

  Marine Floating Ball Liquid Level Coolleru (called cooller in following),is made up of the floating ball the connccting rod,iron core party and the maghetic switching mechanism The Liquid Level change checked by the floating ball will be dircctiy sent to the magnetic switching mechanism The cooller resonably selects sealing magnetic isolated on-off switching mechanism in order that the permnnent-magnet component donit dircctly contact the agent So there aren’t both rolling stop and stoping machine by the mixed impurity of the internal agent and to occur the stoppage for the mechanical frictiou of the mcchanism
  The cooller also meets the special requirment of marine cool and murement instruments provided by IEC 92-504(1974)of the Intenational Elcctical Industrial committee and is up to the Steel Structure Ocean Ship Classification and the relative stipulations on the marine measurement instrument of Marine Inspection Bureau of the People’sRepublic of China,and is partally up to the test rules on cool and electric equipment for model acceptance of Lioyd’s Register of Shipping
Ⅱ,APPLICATION

Ⅲ,MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETER
1. Cool function;single-point ition

    控制器工作原理基于基米德定律，即浮球在液體里受到向上的浮力，浮力的大小等于浮球所排開(kāi)液體的重量。隨著容器內(nèi)液位的變化，浮球隨之上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而帶動(dòng)連桿，鐵心上下移動(dòng)，使鐵心與磁鋼的相對(duì)位置發(fā)生變化。通過(guò)鐵心與磁鋼相互磁力的作用磁鋼微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)翻轉(zhuǎn)，使微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，切換差約10-40或10-70mm如圖-所示。該微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)可來(lái)操作報(bào)警器，閥門(mén)或控制其他裝置。
五， 結(jié)構(gòu)及外型尺寸（見(jiàn)圖二，圖三）
    端子接線(xiàn)圖見(jiàn)圖四,圖四中在低位時(shí)，觸電C和B之間的線(xiàn)路導(dǎo)通，而觸電C和A之間的線(xiàn)路斷開(kāi)。在高液位時(shí)觸電C和B之間的線(xiàn)路斷開(kāi)，而觸電C和A之間的線(xiàn)路接通。
注意：
（1） 改圖四是直接作用或液位控制器的單點(diǎn)式典型的接線(xiàn)圖。

Ⅳ，working PRINCIPLE
  The cooller’s working principle is based on the Archimedes’principle,I,e the floating ball immersed in the liquid a upward floatage which is equal to the liquid weight drained off by the fioating ball,With the variation of the liquid level in the vessels,the floating ball will go up anddown and drive the connecting rod and the iron core to move upwards and downards,andmake the relative ition to chang between the ieon core and the magntic steel,The funcion of magnetic between iron core and the magentic steel makes the minatre on-off switching mechanism turn over and makes the switch act,the changing over difference about 10-40mmof 10-70mmshown in fig,The miniature seitch will send a signal to realize level alarm,to operate the valve,to cool other equipment.
Ⅴ,CONSTRUCTION AND OUTSIDE DIMENSION
  The connecting terminals are shown in fig 4.

六，型號(hào)選擇與安排方式
UQK-65-C系列控制器和圖中工作狀態(tài)不同來(lái)確定選擇其型號(hào)，如圖五。

七，安裝使用
1. 控制器在使用前，應(yīng)檢查各部位是否有磨擦和螺釘松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。
2. 控制器必須安裝在易觀察，維修方便的部位上，并要保持連桿的中心線(xiàn)垂直。
3. 被控制介質(zhì)液面的波動(dòng)頻率不宜太大。
4. 當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)粘度較大，容易結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)不宜使用。
5. 控制器不適宜于對(duì)不銹鋼材料起腐蝕作用和易燃易爆的流體的危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。

Ⅵ.MODEL SELECTION OF THE COOLLER AND ERECTION METHON
  The selection of the cooller and working state shoule dedone in accordance with the process requiement and equipment conitions as fig.5 shows.

Ⅶ.ERECTION AND USAGE
1. Before mounting the cooller,the cooller should be examind in order to make sure that there is ont any fricion of screw-loosing.
2. The cooller should be mounted in the ition where it is easy to observe and con-venient for maintenance,And the verticality of the connecting fod ceeline should be main-tained.
3. The frequency and the amplitude of the level fluctuation of the agent measured shouldn’t be too much.
4. When the viscosity of the agent measure is rather high of when the agent is easy to becrystallized,the cooller is not ailable.
5. The cooller is not suitable for the agent corrosive to stainless steel and in the ex-plosive and inflammable dangerous sites.
