元件安裝運行須知 Installationandoperationofelements
1.為保護溫和每支元件的負荷均勻，安裝前要對元件進行配阻，每組阻值控制在+/-10%以下。
　　 In order to keep furnace temperature and the load-bearinguniformof each element,before installation,resistance distributionmust becarried out.The resistance value deviation of each groupshould bebelow 10%.
2.由于碳化硅元件質脆，在安裝維修時要小心，以免損壞。
　　 As the element is very brittle,be careful while installandmaintain to oid any damage.
3.爐子在開始通電運行時，要逐步緩慢升壓，不可一次加滿負荷，否則會因沖擊電流過大造成元件損壞。
　　 When start to operate the furnace,raise voltage alowlyandgradually,never give full load at one time,or the heatingelementwill be damaged by over current impulse.
4.使用元件必須配備調壓變壓器或可控硅調壓器及電壓、電流表和溫度自動控制儀表等。在使用過程中因元件氧化，電阻逐漸增加，為保持爐溫正常，應提高使用電壓。當電壓提高到所用變壓器限度仍不能滿足要求時，可停爐改變元件的接線方式再繼續(xù)使用。
　　 To use the elements,you should prepare the adjustabletransformeror silicon coolled transformer,voltage meter,currentmeter andautocool temperature meter etc. During the working,thevoltageshould be increased to maintain the furnace normaltemperaturebecauise the resistance value will go up graduallycaused y theoxidation of element. When the voltage get to the uplimit of therequirement,the furnace should be stoopoped,change theway of wireconnection and then continue work.
5.爐子在長期運行過程中，個別元件由于某種原因而損壞需更換時，要根據(jù)當時元件阻值增長情況，選補阻值適宜的元件，不可任意取新元件更換。若元件損壞較多或阻值增長過大，無法達到所需爐溫時全部更換新元件。換下來的元件重新（用壓表、電流表）測標其電阻值，配阻用在低溫區(qū)。
　　 In the course of long operation of the furnace,if anyindividualheating element is damaged owing to certain reasons andshould bechanged,you should replace it with proper one whoseresistancevalue corresponds to that of the old one, never use a newheatingelenent random. If the heg element is much damaged oritsresistance value increases too much and cannot reach thefurnacetemperature,it is better to replace the heating elementswith mewones.Test and mark the resistance value of the old elementshingbeen replaced (with voltmeter and ammeter) and distributethem inlow temperature area.
6.新爐或長時間沒有使用的爐子，在使用之前必須烘爐，烘爐時盡可能用舊元件或其它熱源。
　　 Before the new furnace of the furnace that has not been usedfora long time is used, they must be dryinged.When drying them,itisbetter to use old elements or other heat source.
7.如果燒制器件或材料時，在加熱過程中有水分排出，爐子要留有排氣孔，以排除爐內的水分或其它有害廢氣，以免影響元件的使用壽命。
　　 When firing appatatus or material, if there is waterejection,the furnace should have holes to eject water vapor orother wastegases in order to protect the elements servicelife.
