　　2005 年，我國發(fā)布了的中華人民共和國建材行業(yè)標準《水泥基灌漿材料》 (JC/T986 - 2005) ，提出“水泥基灌漿材料是由水泥為基本材料，適量的細骨料及加入少量的混凝土外加劑及其他材料組成的干混材料，加水拌合后具有大流動度，早強、高強、微膨脹的性能”，對水泥基灌漿材料的性能提出了新的要求。為適應(yīng)新的市場需要，結(jié)合灌漿材料的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，采用本地現(xiàn)有的原材料開發(fā)一種具有價廉、環(huán)境友好特點的新型高性能水泥基灌漿材料，符合或超越 JC/T986 — 2005 的標準，并從流動度、強度、豎向膨脹率以及鋼筋握裹強度等方面對該灌漿材料的性能進行了較研究。

　　驗收以試驗室檢驗為標準，檢驗項目應(yīng)包括流動度、豎向膨脹率、抗壓強度。檢驗方法按 GBJ119 的有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

五、基礎(chǔ)處理

六、超早強灌漿料的配制

七、注意事項

1 、澆注完畢后立即澆水養(yǎng)護。其養(yǎng)護措施應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行《鋼筋混凝土工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》（ Gb50204 ）的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
