Simpler version with just 2 sided slider. For work with triple-walled corrugated board boxes. The blade slider can be used by both right and left handed operators - it cuts both ways! Ergonomically styled plastic handle with metal wear-protector at the blade outlet. "GS-TESTED FOR SAFETY". Easy blade change: no extra tools required.

Typically, users of safety knives with automatic blade return needed to be trained to release the blade slider during the cut in order to enable the auto-retract function. Only minimal training is necessary. The ingenious mechanism within the MAXISAFE will automatically return the blade to the safe ition at the end of each cut regardless of the ition of the blade slider.
