GL-L75萬向排氣罩安裝使用說明

GL-L75 Installation instructions for universal exhaust hood

一、功能特點(diǎn)（Function&Characteristic）：

1. 具有360度旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)方向之功能，以固定架為中心活動(dòng)半徑可達(dá)1600mm。

? 360 swing device，the maximum active radius of the fixed frame is 1600mm.

2. 具有控制進(jìn)入氣流量之功能。

? Cool the entered air flow.

3. 固定架底面與裝飾固定距離990mm，可伸縮500mm。

? The installation base is 990mm from the decorative frame, scalable 500mm.

4. 易拆卸、重組及清洗。

? Dismantled and assembled easily for cleaning.

二、零部件材質(zhì)及使用說明（Material of Components and Using Instruction）：

1. 關(guān)節(jié)：高密度PP材質(zhì)，管路采用鋁合金材質(zhì)，可360度旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)方向。

? Joint:High grade PP，Tube body: Made of Aluminium alloy material，to be 360 swiveled.

2. 關(guān)節(jié)密封圈：高密度橡膠不易老化，安裝在兩關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)，起易旋轉(zhuǎn)及密封作用。

? Guiding ting: Low-friction treated rubber,installed between two joints,rotate easily and sealing.

3. 支撐彈簧/關(guān)節(jié)連接桿：304不銹鋼。

? Center bolt:304stainless steel.

4. 關(guān)節(jié)松緊旋鈕：高密度PP材質(zhì)，內(nèi)嵌銅質(zhì)螺母與關(guān)節(jié)連接桿鎖合。

? Adjustable joint knob: High grade PP with bronze nuts locking with center bolt.

5. 氣流調(diào)節(jié)閥：氣流調(diào)節(jié)扭與擋風(fēng)板均為高密度PP材質(zhì)，用304不銹鋼方棒連接，手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)外部閥門旋鈕，控制氣流量。

? Damper: both gas flow regulating button and wind board are high grade PP material, connected with 304 stainless steel bar, manually adjust the outside valve knob, cool air flow.

6. 拱形/杯形集氣罩：直徑375mm/200mm，高密度PP質(zhì)成，紅色、透明兩種選擇。

? Dome/cup hood: Diameter 375mm/200mm, High grade PP, red and transparent for choose.

7. 固定架：高密度PP材質(zhì)，用M12膨脹螺釘固定于實(shí)驗(yàn)室屋頂。

? Fixed frame: High density PP material, fixed to lab roof with M12 expansion screw.
