一、注意事項(xiàng)和安全警告

安裝、使用產(chǎn)品前，請閱讀使用說明書。

1、確保使用電源與機(jī)器上銘牌相同。

2、保持工作環(huán)境通風(fēng)良好，干燥清潔，避免熱源及陽光直射，各進(jìn)風(fēng)柵與墻壁或類似障礙物應(yīng)保持20cm以上的距離。

3、機(jī)器搬運(yùn)及移動過程中，傾斜不允許超過45度。4

4、機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時，電源電壓應(yīng)保證198-242V。

5、機(jī)器使用的電源插座，必須是單相三孔插座，其中接地的保護(hù)插腳必須用線通過有關(guān)途徑與地面牢靠的鏈接，不得與其他電器插同一插座上。

6、除霜開關(guān)按下后，機(jī)器開始除霜，除霜完畢應(yīng)立即關(guān)掉除霜開關(guān)（切不可長期使用除霜開關(guān)，否則會導(dǎo)致壓縮機(jī)的損壞）。

7、為保證人身安全，請將本機(jī)可靠接地。

二、使用條件

泰卷機(jī)作為一種商用制冷設(shè)備，它能在一下條件下正常工作

當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度，進(jìn)料溫度都處在允許范圍內(nèi)較低值，通風(fēng)散熱條件良好，供應(yīng)電源穩(wěn)定以及工作環(huán)境潔凈，機(jī)器的工作效率及使用壽命都將大幅度提高，同時耗電量也會因此而減少。

三、檢查及安裝

A、開箱及檢查

1、剪斷并拆開緊固包裝箱的打包帶。

2、拆下包裝紙箱。

3、去掉減震泡沫塊，剝離套在炒冰機(jī)上面的包裝袋。

4、請?jiān)敿?xì)檢查炒冰機(jī)外觀是否有損壞。

5、打開附件包，取出裝箱清單，核對隨機(jī)附件。

B、安裝

1、電器安裝要穩(wěn)固，以保證機(jī)器工作正常，而不發(fā)生意外。

2、機(jī)器的位置要有良好的通風(fēng)散熱條件，避開熱源及陽光直射，各出風(fēng)口與墻壁或類似障礙物應(yīng)有都的20cm以上距離。

3、將機(jī)器的電源線對應(yīng)鏈接好，并確保可靠接地

4、電源電壓不得低于200V，頻率要符合機(jī)器的工作要求。

為了您和他人的安全，請確保機(jī)器接地良好，所有外接線及電器應(yīng)符合國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

四、操作使用說明

1、將泰卷機(jī)的電源插頭插入配有接地三孔插座內(nèi)

2、電源接通后，打開炒卷機(jī)開關(guān)，讓機(jī)器先預(yù)冷10-15分鐘左右，溫度顯示-26度或以下

3、將配制好的漿料倒入鍋內(nèi)進(jìn)行炒冰機(jī)內(nèi)

4、待炒冰卷炒好后，即可用鏟子鏟起來盛入盤中予以食用了

5、如果發(fā)現(xiàn)炒好的冰卷與鍋體粘連，這時需要打開除霜開關(guān)進(jìn)行除霜（每次除霜大約4-6秒），除霜后應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉除霜開關(guān)，方可連續(xù)炒冰激凌卷

五、基本配方

六、清洗、消毒與保養(yǎng)

機(jī)器次使用前，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次認(rèn)真的清洗與消毒，具體方法如下：

1、將適量食品洗滌劑滴入2升左右的溫水中，配置成清洗消毒液

2、將清洗消毒液倒入炒卷鍋中進(jìn)行清洗

3、清洗完畢，再用清水倒入鍋中進(jìn)行涮洗，如此反復(fù)操作2次即可

為了保證消費(fèi)者的健康，提高機(jī)器的使用壽命，避免給你帶來不必要的麻煩，請你嚴(yán)格按如下說明操作。
