熒光油墨是印刷中應用比較多的油墨之一，其主要成分是熒光顏料。熒光顏料屬功能性發(fā)光顏料，與一般顏料的區(qū)別在于當外來光（含紫外光）照射時，能吸收一定形態(tài)的能，而激發(fā)光子，以低可見光形式將吸收的能量釋放出來，從而產(chǎn)生不同色相的熒光現(xiàn)象。不同色光結(jié)合形成異常鮮艷的色彩，而當光停止照射后，發(fā)光現(xiàn)象即消失，因此稱為熒光顏料。熒光顏料與高分子樹脂連接料、和助劑配比，經(jīng)研磨可制得熒光油墨。

紫外熒光油墨，又稱無色熒光油墨和隱形油墨，是在油墨中加入熒光顏料而制成的。應用紫外光（200—400nm）照射激發(fā)而發(fā)出可見光（400—800nm）的特種油墨，稱為紫外熒光油墨。根據(jù)激發(fā)波長不同分為短波和長波。激發(fā)波長為254nm的稱為短波紫外熒油墨，激發(fā)波長為365nm的稱為長波紫外熒光油墨，可顯示紅、黃、綠、藍 等顏色。

紫外熒光油墨適用印刷方式：絲印、膠印、轉(zhuǎn)印、移印

紫外熒光油墨適用底材為：紙張 布料 金屬 陶瓷 塑料等

紫外熒光油墨應用范圍：證、標簽、包裝等。

紫外熒光無色絲印油墨外觀是半透明液體狀，無色膠印類為乳黃色糊狀。

熒光油墨絲印用250-300目，可用783稀釋，稀釋比例為3%-5%

紫外熒光油墨的干燥當時是自干或UV烤干，絲印是自干，膠印是UV烤干

1、隱形UV紫外熒光油墨防偽：

所用材料為隱形熒光油墨，印刷工藝簡單。該油墨印刷出隱形圖案或文字，在紫外光照射廠。呈現(xiàn)出清晰光亮的熒光圖案。色彩鮮艷。該防偽檢測方便，只要有一紫外光源或驗鈔機即可。由于隱形熒光油墨是隱形即無色，在印刷時肉眼看不見也即無任何機器識別的跟蹤標記。所以套印起來難度較大，但該種防偽隱蔽性較好，防偽力度更強， 日前國內(nèi)大多數(shù)包裝都采用該種隱形熒光油墨。

適用范圍和注意事項Scope of application and matters needing attention

熒光油墨適于紙張、薄膜等的印刷。由于無機熒光物是由晶體發(fā)光的，若壓力過大可使晶體破裂，從而使發(fā)光亮度降低，所以一般不采用凸版印刷，很適用于網(wǎng)版印刷以及凹印等。大多數(shù)熒光油墨的流變特性呈仿塑性流動，黏度小，這項特性決定了其印刷工藝與普通油墨的印刷工藝有很大區(qū)別。而在進行凹印和網(wǎng)印時，除注意其黏性、連接料、干燥性等特性外，還要注意其印刷壓力的調(diào)節(jié)，不能使印刷壓力過大而影響印刷效果。 在進行網(wǎng)印時，要注意以下幾點：

（1）熒光油墨適合于200目以下的絲網(wǎng)；

（2）印刷品的著墨量在50～60g/㎡時，其發(fā)色和耐光性比較理想；

（3）在承印物是透明物體時，應先印一次白色油墨，這樣可提高熒光效果。
