一、產(chǎn)品概述Product overview

       LBL(M)系列高溫鏈板稱重給料機是對高溫、高硬度物料（如水泥熟料，各種礦石）實行連續(xù)稱重，批次稱重、配料的計量設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、水泥、火某炭、礦山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶煉、鋼鐵、電力、焦化等行業(yè)。

LBL (M) series high temperature chain plate weighing feeder is fit for high temperature, high hardness materials (such as cement clinker, various ores) implements continuous weighing, batch weighing, mixing meterials special metering equipment. Widely used in building materials, cement, coal, mine, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, electric power, iron and steel, coking industry.

二、工作原理Wng Principle

來自鏈板上物料的重量信號和鏈板運行的速度信號一同傳送到微處理控制器，自動計算出物料的瞬時流量。通過連續(xù)不斷的比較設(shè)定流量與實際物料的瞬時流量，從而調(diào)節(jié)鏈板運行的速度，使實際物料流量保持在設(shè)定流量值上。

The weight signal and speed signal belt running from the Chain plate material to transfer to the micro processinller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of materials. The transient flow through the continuous setting flow and the actual material, to adjust the chaine plate running speed, so that the actual material flow is maintained in the set value of flow.

4、采用高精度的數(shù)字稱重模塊，數(shù)字傳輸技術(shù)，具有線路簡單、無調(diào)節(jié)部件、分辨率高、信號無衰減、抗干擾強。

5、控制器采用觸摸顯示技術(shù)，中英文圖形化顯示，向?qū)Р僮鞣绞?，操作簡單，無需記憶。

6、可接485通訊，CAN通訊，DCS,PLC等接口。

It can connect 485 communicat; CAN communication, DCS, PLC etc. interface.

7、采用GPRS無線數(shù)傳功能，可以報表、遠程診斷、校秤等功能。
