適用范圍Application
DZ47LE-125剩余電流動作斷路器適用于交流50Hz, 額定電壓單極兩線、兩極230V, 三極、三極四線、四極400V, 額定電流從63A至100A的線路中，當人身觸電或電網(wǎng)泄漏電流超過規(guī)定值時，剩余電流動作斷路器能夠在極短的時間內迅速切斷故障電源，保護人身及用電設備的安全，同時可以保護線路和電動機的過載或短路，亦可作為線路的不頻繁轉換及電動機的不頻繁起動之用。
符合標準：GB14048.2和IEC 60947-2。

結構：剩余電流動作斷路器由DZ47-125塑料外殼式斷路器和剩余電流脫扣器組裝而成。DZ47-125塑料外殼式斷路器主要由絕緣外殼，操作機構、動靜觸頭，延時、瞬時脫扣器、滅弧室等組成。剩余電流脫扣器主要由零序互感器、電子判別控制電路、脫扣器推桿，試驗按鈕等組成。塑料外殼式斷路器與剩余電流脫扣器之間通過推桿進行聯(lián)動。
工作原理：將剩余電流動作斷路器手柄扳向ON位置時，通過機械機構帶動動觸頭向靜觸頭運動并與靜觸頭可靠接觸，接通電路。當線路發(fā)生過載故障時，過載電流使熱雙金屬元件彎曲并推動杠桿使得機械鎖定機構復位，動觸頭迅速離開靜觸頭，從而實現(xiàn)分斷線路的功能；當線路發(fā)生短路故障時，短路電流使瞬時脫扣器動作，鐵心頂桿推動杠桿使得鎖定機械復位，實現(xiàn)分斷功能。當線路發(fā)生剩余電流或觸電故障時，零序互感器輸出的信號觸發(fā)可控硅導通，使剩余電流脫扣器鐵心動作，推桿推動斷路器脫扣，使剩余電流動作斷路器在極短時間內切斷電源，從而實現(xiàn)剩余電流保護功能。

接線Wiring
適用于（10-50）mm導線連接，接線端子擰緊力矩不大于3.5N-m。安裝前應選擇合適的導線將剩余電流動作斷路器接于線路中，推薦導線的截面積見表3，
