LH-AC26HS高頻感應(yīng)預(yù)熱器是金屬包膠前標(biāo)的預(yù)熱設(shè)備,適用于電線電纜行業(yè)在線預(yù)熱,能有效的除去金屬表層雜質(zhì)并使金屬溫度與膠的溫度一致性下確保了金屬與膠融為一體,解除了金屬與膠包膠后金屬外露的缺陷。具備線速變化時(shí)預(yù)熱電壓改變溫度不變。設(shè)備內(nèi)部采用LC振蕩原理控制,產(chǎn)生DC800V高壓,請誤擅自打開控制箱。

6.使用前檢查
4.1 電源輸入是否交流二相380V
4.2 確認(rèn)安全接地
4.3 調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)線輪中心距
4.4 打開電源調(diào)節(jié)電位器歸零,先繞線后起動,中途斷線再繞線時(shí)機(jī)器必需處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài),起動前請將調(diào)節(jié)電位器歸零
4.5 調(diào)節(jié)電位器為多圈電位器,達(dá)到預(yù)熱效果可能需要調(diào)節(jié)6圈以上
4.6 黃色按鈕燈亮?xí)r機(jī)器處于自動狀態(tài),調(diào)節(jié)器需要設(shè)定相應(yīng)值
4.7 黃色銨鈕燈不亮機(jī)器處于手動狀態(tài)
7.維護(hù)
長期確保機(jī)身干凈,長期沒用時(shí)檢查銅輪的光澤度,可用細(xì)紗紙將銅輪槽紗光澤。
銅輪及導(dǎo)輪損壞請立即更換。
8.常見故障及解決方法
1)被加熱導(dǎo)體無溫度
a 繞線方法是否正確,銅輪是否氧化,紗光澤即可。
b 手動調(diào)節(jié),電壓可否調(diào)至150V。
c 自動狀態(tài)時(shí),銅輪要有一定的轉(zhuǎn)速。
2) 電壓調(diào)節(jié)無電壓
a 電壓調(diào)節(jié)電位器為多圈電位器,需調(diào)節(jié)3圈以上。
b 啟動后接觸器是否工作。
c 手動、自動選用是否使用正確。
3) 啟動接觸器不工作
a 保險(xiǎn)絲是否燒壞。
b 變壓器輸入電壓是否380V。
c 變壓器輸出電壓是否220V、雙15V。
