大豆蛋白胨 Soy peptone

本品是以大豆豆粕為原料，用蛋白酶進行酶切，再經(jīng)精濾、濃縮、噴霧干燥而成。富含微生物生長發(fā)酵及動物生長發(fā)育所需要的多肽、二肽及各種氨基酸成分，而且含有更多的生長需要的維生素和其它生長因子，可廣泛應用黃原膠、醫(yī)藥、食品的生產(chǎn)加工，可使菌絲粗壯、生長好，并可作為飼料中優(yōu)良的天然蛋白質(zhì)補充劑。

應用范圍

（1）用于微生物培養(yǎng)；

（2）用于黃霉素、乳酸鏈球菌素、維菌素、金霉素、麥迪霉素等發(fā)酵；

（3）用于黃原膠、結(jié)冷膠、透明質(zhì)酸、氨基酸、維生素、檸檬酸等清液發(fā)酵。
