數(shù)控滾道式板材雙面坡口機床系列是我公司研發(fā)的一種新型機械設(shè)備，是吸收國內(nèi)外的銑削工藝而研制的新一代銑削加工機床，是取代刨邊機、普通銑邊機的最理想的設(shè)備。廣泛用于鍋爐、壓力容器、造船、電力、化工、工程機械、橋梁建筑等。

該系列機床對不銹鋼板、碳鋼、復(fù)合板材焊接前的X、Y、V、U
型坡口一次銑削成型。比刨邊機、銑邊機加工功效和精度有大幅度的提高，且綜合能耗低?？杉庸?-150mm的厚度。是目前鍋爐、壓力容器、造船、電力、化工、工程機械、橋梁建筑最理想，型的設(shè)備。

產(chǎn)品特點：

1、雙邊同步加工一次成型：操作人員按板料的規(guī)格，輸入系統(tǒng)，由送料機構(gòu)通過銑削單元，按設(shè)定的速度雙邊同時加工，一次完成雙邊的上下坡口及直邊。

2、高精度：由伺服控制板材的尺寸，寬度尺寸±0.5mm，雙邊平行度0.2mm/m.

3、人性化操作：操作人員按加工尺寸輸入系統(tǒng)即可實現(xiàn)一鍵式操作，操作人員只需按下啟動按鈕，整個板材加工過程自動完成。

CNC dual-side milling machine with roller table is a
new type of equipment developed by our company, which is a new generation of
milling machine tool applied in industries including boilers, pressure vessels,
ship making, power, chemistry, petroleum engineering, bridge construction, and
metallurgical machinery etc.

This series of machine is applicable to X\V\Y\U type groove
machining of various kinds of materials of plates such as stainless steel,
carbon steel and compacted steel.

Features:

1. Dual-side machining at one time without further
process: the operator inputs the information of the plate to be machined to the
computer and then the plate is conveyed by the conveyor system through the
milling system. The speed of machining process is set by the operator and the
plate is milled at both sides of the edges.

2. High accuracy: the parallelism of both sides machined
is 0.2mm/m, the variation of the width of the plates after machining is within
0.5mm.

3. Operator-oriented: the whole machining process can be
started by one button after the instruction is input by the operator into the
computer.
