一、適用范圍：Scope of application
主要用于對(duì)塑料或塑料部件處于50W火焰條件下,水平或垂直方向燃燒,測(cè)定塑料及塑料部件燃燒性能。以判斷塑料耐火等級(jí)。

三、 燃燒箱體：Burning body:
3.1箱體：0.5m3，采用數(shù)控機(jī)床加工成型，圓弧造型美觀大方.優(yōu)質(zhì)SUS304不銹材料/烤漆，具有美觀防銹防腐等特點(diǎn)。
3.2箱體頂部設(shè)有抽風(fēng)排煙系統(tǒng)，在試驗(yàn)完成時(shí)，能將廢氣排出到室外；試驗(yàn)過程中，此系統(tǒng)為停止?fàn)顟B(tài)。
3.3箱體正面設(shè)有試驗(yàn)過程中可以密封的鋼化玻璃觀察窗，便于觀察試驗(yàn)情況。

四、 燃燒噴燈：Combustion burner
4.1本公司自制噴燈，完全符合IEC 60695-11-4：2004火焰A、B或C的要求。
4.2噴火口直徑：Ф0.95±0.3mm，噴汽口：Ф0.9±0.03mm，噴口距空氣進(jìn)口高度為100±10mm
4.3噴燈角度：水平為90度，垂直為45度
4.4火焰高度：20±20。

五、 測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)：Temperature measurement system
5.1熱傳感器（銅制導(dǎo)管和熱電偶）—導(dǎo)管結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)為傳導(dǎo)率極高的電解銅。長度為8.8±0.02mm,直徑：Ф5.5±0.01mm
5.2 K型熱電耦，配0.5mm直徑的不銹鋼管做外套。
智能PID溫控表和K型熱電耦相匹配。其讀數(shù)可大1000℃。
5.3整過測(cè)試系統(tǒng)為：活動(dòng)式，測(cè)溫時(shí)將其置于試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，進(jìn)行測(cè)溫。
5.4配備電子秒表：到0.1S（在測(cè)溫校驗(yàn)時(shí)備用）
