整個試驗由：試驗箱、煙霧收集塔、引燃源、光學系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理組成
The whole test by: test chamber, smoke collection tower, ignition source, optical system, data processing


一、試驗裝置：Test unit:
 1.1試驗箱
   1.1.1內箱尺寸：高3353mm 、 長2438mm 、 寬2438mm
   1.1.2結構：由混凝土構成的方塊砌成（見圖1）或由不銹鋼板加隔熱層組成（見圖2），方塊規(guī)格：高203mm、長406mm、厚152mm，內表涂黑色漆。 
   1.1.3通道門：在試驗箱前面設有通道門 ，規(guī)格高2.1m，寬0.9mm，材質為不銹鋼，設有觀察窗，觀察窗由鋼化玻璃構成。觀察窗尺寸為正方形457mm*457mm。（在右側也有設有同樣的觀察窗）
   1.1.4煙霧收集塔：頂部為錐形，傾斜角度為40度，在錐形頂部安裝一個尺寸為914mm正方體煙霧收集塔。
   1.1.5空氣源在試驗箱的前方開有進氣口，尺寸：寬2438mm，高305mm：
   1.1.6鋼梯：由寬305mm、 深76mm 、 高2400mm 的不銹鋼架組成，中間每個梯的間距25mm，梯踏板由長305mm，寬為13mm的不銹鋼組成。
1.1 test chamber
1.1.1 inner carton size: 3353 mm, 2438 mm long, 2438 mm wide
1.1.2 structure: made of the concrete block bricks (see figure 1) or coed of stainless steel plate with heat insulation layer (see figure 2), square size: 203 mm, 406 mm and 152 mm thick, long table with black paint.
1.1.3 access door: in front of the test chamber is equipped with the access door, 2.1 m high, 0.9 mm wide, is made of stainless steel, equipped with observation window, window made of tempered glass. Window size of 457 mm * 457 mm square. (there was is equipped with the same observation window on the right side)
1.1.4 smoke collection tower: at the top of the cone, tilt Angle of 40 degrees, on top of the cone to install a smoke collection size is 914 mm cube tower.
1.1.5 air source in the front of the test chamber with air inlet, size: 2438 mm wide, 305 mm high:
1.1.6 steel ladder: by 305 mm wide, deep of stainless steel 76 mm and 2400 mm high, in the middle of each elevator spacing 25 mm, ladder step by 305 mm long, wide for 13 mm stainless steel.
 
二、引燃源：Ignition source:
    由一個帶型丙烷燃氣噴燈以及配套流量計和文丘里混合器組成，噴燈為扁平的不銹鋼盤長為341mm、寬為30mm，其供火表面鉆有242個直徑為1.35mm孔。
    這些孔的中心距離為3.2mm,分三排交錯排列，每排分別為81、80和81個，分布在標稱尺寸257mm*5mm的范圍內。
