事宜，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商達(dá)成如下協(xié)議。

一 功能概述 Firstly   The function overview

汽車差速器總成性能耐久試驗(yàn)臺(tái)是測(cè)試汽車差速器零部件扭矩性能等，The automobile differential assembly performance durable testbed is to test the torque performance of automobile differential parts and so on,

以計(jì)算機(jī)為核心的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析的設(shè)

備，可以在設(shè)備性能范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)定試驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)速、扭矩,并可以對(duì)試驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)速、

It can set test speed and torque at any time within the range of equipment performance，and it can do process cool to test rotate speed 、the load time and cycle of torque.

扭矩的加載時(shí)間、周期進(jìn)行程序控制。其主要功能是利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)控制、工況轉(zhuǎn)換，完成汽車差速器總成相關(guān)性能參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集處理，多種性能指標(biāo)的計(jì)算，并以圖表、曲線等形式記錄、顯示和打印。

根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，應(yīng)能對(duì)以下項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行自動(dòng)測(cè)試，自動(dòng)生成試驗(yàn)報(bào)告并可

根據(jù)給定指標(biāo)對(duì)合格與否進(jìn)行判定。

2.1試驗(yàn)臺(tái)組成Testbed coition

本設(shè)備主要由鐵地板、試驗(yàn)機(jī)械臺(tái)體、加載驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)、負(fù)載電機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)、測(cè)量機(jī)構(gòu)、油溫控制系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理及軟件控制系統(tǒng)、安全外罩等組成。This equipment is mainly coed of iron floor, testing mechanical stage, load, motor drive system, load motor, measuring mechanism, oil temperature cool system, computer data processing and software cool system, safety cover, etc.

2.2試驗(yàn)臺(tái)外觀 Testbed appearance

試驗(yàn)臺(tái)外觀顏色按工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，各部分結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，布局合理，人機(jī)交互界面良好。模塊之間用工業(yè)橋架連接，各接口之間用航空插頭連接，端口拆卸方便，便于維護(hù)和修理，外套波紋管保護(hù)。線路安放在相應(yīng)的橋架內(nèi)，安全整潔。The appearance and color of the test bed is designed according to the industrial standard, the parts are compact, the layout is reasonable, and the human-computer interaction interface is good.
